    Thanks beautiful ladies. I use chopped shrimps since i dont eat beef or pork.... and water chestnuts for crunchiness . Nana from hawaii.

    Hey guys! You should try Society Garlic. I grow it here in the subtropics and has a very mild, polite garlic flavor so you don't have to worry about not kissing your date!!

    I don't like chives in my Gyoza and I don't do the slurry. It makes the Gyoza look nice, but it makes the gyoza chewy. I don't like that texture. I prefer chopping up the ginger and veggies and salting them on low medium pan to release the flavors and then knead the veggie and meat mixture together when it's cool.

      Yes you can. Just finely mince the prawns.

    Have tried several times to make the Gyoza wrappers at home. The store bought are sort of tough, and my homemade are even tougher…might try cake flour next time?

    Not bad, a little dark on the bottom for some of them. But I’m sure it still tastes amazing.
