FULL THROTTLE SKIP | CHAINSWORD HIDDEN MECHANIC/ COMBO PATH | Space Marine 2

here is some tech I found that I have not seen anybody else talk about, you can skip the first part of the light combo on your chainsword, this allows you to get your stomps much faster and you can even repeat the process after any move.
HERE ARE SOME NUMBERS!
using the fencing relic chainsword with no perks
light combo 1st hit 13
light combo 2nd hit 18
light combo 3rd hit 19
light combo 4th hit 20
quick punch 13
kick 19
shoulder bash 24-37 (it was really inconsistent on multiple tries)
stomp needs more testing as it might have damage drop off.
the method of testing was offline inferno on ruthless, I did 1 hit against a majoris and then let myself die in order to see the damage numbers at the end.
from this we can conclude that doing either quick punch or the first light combo is not optimal and thus I believe doing this tech to skip it its optimal against majoris, I find it likely that optimizing the damage on the chainsword would make light combo 2 and 3 doing 40+ damage, this would mean that you could kill minoris with 2 swings with this optimized combo
I am continuing to test and will soon post more results.

One hit you will shoulder bash, two hits you kick, 3 hits you do a stomp. Very effective for breaking enemies

@@Nathansv3223 small clarification 1 light into heavy is always kick. Usually shoulder would be 2 lights into heavy and stomp 3 lights into heavy.
With this tech you can get both kick and shoulder after 1 light and stomp after 2.

In space marine 1 If you fired your bolt pistol (didn't work with plasma) it would cancel a melee move, i found that you could kick twice as fast because the point of contact was half way through the animation so if you timed it right you could attack, stun kick, trigger bolt pistol to cancel the later half of the stun animation and attack again before your bolt pistol fired a shot and repeat or follow through with a head shot, this would tear through heavys with iron halo and anything else with ease, no percs.

@@ovidiudiumea4012 knife its better at dealing damage fast and is more focused on single target which fits vanguard really well, I would only go for the chainsword if you are lacking horde clear

@chrisgamez9656 finally someone who knows the tech and still gets it 😅 knife is single target dps, chain sword if not using melta since you'll need the wave clear. They're just different tools for different builds.

I prefer the chainsword for the single charge punch attach that gives you gun strikes. Need to keep your shield on lethal all the time. Especially to successfully carry randoms thar remain dead most of the match. I rely on parries to deal with majoris not really the melee weapon itself.

We getting dmc cancel attacks😂😂. Wait for space marine 3 and i using those thrusters for aerial combos😂. I can already see they paving the way for it as of now it only does the drop attack.

@@MachiavelliD4 are you not getting the timing down? Also please keep in mind that on the arena in the battle barge you do not have any perk effects so if you are not trying it on an actual mission it won't work
