    1. Please share more about the 7 main concepts in doing exercises - 1. Hinges 2. Squats 3. Push 4. Pull 5. Braces 6. Locomotions 7. Lunges. You lightly touched on locomotions as cycling kind of.
    2. Strengthening the core would also be helpful and then flexibility training.

    Fantastic information doctor.I am 56 years old women and I went under gone a hip revision surgery in 2019 but still pain in my hip when I walk. I am limping when I walk.is it possible to correct this pain by any exercise? Thank you for your valuable time doctor ❤

    Doctor, i have been in karate & archery at school from 6th - 12th. After joining clg in coimbatore i didn't focus on excercise and food. I drastically put down weight like my hip size reduced 2inch. And in pic i look like skeleton with some muscles on joints. I fear of knock knees - as when i stand stright my knees are internally deviated/rotated. (Slightly not to the extent of total cross) Can you pls put an video of how naturally reverse this condition. And improve my physic.

    hi dr, i am 42 year old ...i am in to fitness for the last 15 years ...and my nutrition intake also to an extent good..no alcohal or smoking, i work in front of the computer for 7 to 8 hrs per day on an average...in the last few months i get muscle spasm frequently on my upper back n traps ...i did take MR tablets couple of times...all theses years i did not had theses problem...i am not sure ..if my postures were wrong ? is it something to do with age ? am doing strength training for almost a decade ...pls through some light on muscle spasm
