    I made these they are perfect. I have tried so many recipes and could not find one. I used the 6 eggs. The egg to coconut is perfect. Not eggy and not over bearing coconut either. I just love these. They stayed soft after I had one left over and ate it this morning toasted. Yay

    This is one of the first recipes of yours I have made. I did not use a blender just a whisk. I tried a keto mix from store first. Ok but expensive!! I used your recipe tonight. Made more waffles and cost way less. They are so good!! Thank you.

    I tried these waffles today, they turned out delish!! 🤗 I only changed stevia to powder vanillin (I’m not following keto diet, just gluten free) and it added flavor. Thanks a lot 🤗💐🌸

    Just found this vid today. Was looking for a keto waffle recipe that didn't use almond flour. We've tried those and didn't really care much for the texture. Made strawberry shortcake keto waffles for my DH and me with this recipe. I added a splash of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, plus a scant Tbsp of Allulose, and they were delicious. I topped them with whipped cream and a keto strawberry compote (strawberries, butter, and Allulose cooked in the microwave and mashed along with a pinch of xanthan gum) What's even better is I'm diabetic and they didn't raise my blood sugar at all without any meds - Woohoo!!! Thank you so much. BTW, this made 4 square Belgian-style waffles in my small waffle maker I ate one and my DH had 2, so I have one for a snack sometime.

    6 eggs is about 480 calories!, when I started the keto I thought I could cut the sugar and carbs and loose weight but th amount of calories you eat also pay a HUGE factor in losing weight, no matter what diet your on if you don't have a CALORIE intake deficit you wont loose anything, I learned a little late lol great looking waffle!

      It wouldn’t hurt to read a lot before jumping into any diet or lifestyle. Plus, it would also depend on one’s unique body - we all respond differently to the things we eat. Exercise wouldn’t hurt too, to burn all the calories. These articles are a good start before beginning or during a plateau in this woe.

      No one counts calories anymore. You count the carbs. Egg has .6 g of carb.

    • @kyril98741
      @kyril98741 4 роки тому

      That depend on your body type and what their calories intake is. If you are doing keto + IF, this is a great way because you are eating less frequently but consume the same amount of calories. So if you already eat once a days, this would be good for you.

    I just don't understand. I tried this recipe twice and it failed both times. It was crumbly and fell apart. It didn't stay together like yours. I did use only half the eggs and the other half egg replacement (ground flax) and i use a granulated sugar substitute, added blueberries, and coconut oil instead of butter. The second batch was better than the first, i put too much moisture in the first one. But I can't figure out why the second batch failed too. Maybe I should use more egg next time, but idk. Kinda want to give up.

      Thanks for writing that it’s a great recipe. This oncam recipe video has been posted almost 4 years ago. Being oncam has been very difficult in the beginning but even to this day, it’s a work in progress.
