How Introverts Can Have Charisma

Charisma is not innate; it is learned and earned. As an introvert, I used to fade into the background during conversations. However, not speaking up can be just as damaging as dominating the conversation.
In this short video, I share the best way to develop your charisma: by giving. The original definition of charisma means freely giving. It is a gift, and you are literally giving your personality to others. Giving, especially to people you may not know, is uncomfortable, but it is the essence of charisma.
