I lossed my mom to cancer in 2019 and she passed away in my arms and took her last breath in my arms and it was the hardest and most saddest and awful experience I have ever been through, I used to have many pictures of my mom all around my home and I needed to put them away and I only have 2 small pictures left and I can't look them at all just brings back so many sad emotions and memories, there is still days I wake up and think and wish it was all a nightmare. Maybe that's how she feels about pictures

This is soooo awesome. My only worry is the lot rent increasing just like mobile home communities who are barely able to stay due to lot rent increases that have raised 250%, especially when new owners purchase it. I pray this does not happen. ❤

I love the idea of downsizing, but i have some family pieces i couldn't imagine getting rid of. She seems like a lovely person, and i wish her many happy years in her beautiful home!
That couch is awesome. When I see tiny houses with those hard bench "couches" with thin foam padding and no back I think what a waste of space because who is gonna want to sit on that? Very cozy, very livable. Lovely.
For me, because the landscaping is treeless, yard-less and dismal and the lot is in such close proximity of the neighbors, no matter how nice the interior is, this would make it all very undesirable for me.
Melody's tiny home is so cute & I love the cozy bedroom, but man, they should have squeezed in a few trees here and there! That lot is so stark, it's really just a parking lot. Maybe that's not important to a lot of people, but I would have a hard time living there. Perhaps that's a big reason why the rent is only $200./month.

That area of TN is gorgeous and one should hope for more space. There are tiny home communities in the GA mountains that are lush with larger lots. Not to,keen on hearing my neighbor's toilet flushing.😢

Melody, I think you have the perfect tiny house. I'm also (under) 5' tall and your choice of a (very comfy looking) twin bed makes such sense to me. I've slept in a twin for years (I'm 65) and it's always seemed more than enough (and easier to make up, wash bedding, etc). You have done such a beautiful job decorating your tiny. Love the deck outside and the entire first floor! Seems spacious and doesn't feel closed in! However, I could not use the upstairs loft without being able to stand up and walk around. Would not be practical for me bit I'm happy to see how much she enjoys her home!😎

Out of all the tiny homes I’ve seen, this by far is the best. The layout isn’t the typical narrow block and the interior is so light and airy.
