This is the most practical tiny home I have ever seen. No tiny stairs to a bedroom that is difficult to stand in. I could really see myself happily living there. Beautifully designed. The storage is a bit limited but doable.
It's not a tiny home. It's a park model RV. They've been around for decades. The title is deceptive. They tell the full truth in the actual video that it is a park model RV purchased at a RV dealership.
I love the set up/design of this tiny home, don't remember the actual sq footage but I know it was less than 399. Sq ft. Park model tiny home I would love to find this for 45,000 $$. What a deal!!!
Wow! That additional 3 feet of width makes an incredible difference. I have not seen a tiny home with such an open, spacious and welcoming kitchen with so many cabinets as this one has. I'm about Cindy's age, and her home includes all of the features inside one home that are often missing and have made me reluctant about everyday tiny home living. She has a comfortable and ample seating area, a dining table with 4 chairs surrounding it (vs a pullout table with side-by-side seating), a full-sized bath and shower, a plumbed commode, a queen-size bedroom that she can actually stand up and even move around w/adequate closets for hanging items. All of her appliances are full-sized and she has a washer and dryer. There's plenty of natural light with all of the windows. The additional side cabinets and countertop in the eat-in kitchen, as well as, having the space to have a large loveseat and chairs angled inwards, really make it feel so spacious. She could add a small cocktail table IF she wanted and that's a first for any tiny home. I like that the house lots are not on top of each other and don't look like a trailer park. Since hers is too wide to easily move, I do wonder how her "model" compares in both cost, maintenance and space to a single-wide trailer. I've not really been inside a traditional trailer home, so I do wonder what the advantages are for owning this tiny home vs a single-wide trailer. I've always lived in a single family home, but I'm getting older and paying for yard upkeep on half an acre in the metro area where I live no longer seems practical now that my children are adults and live on opposite coasts. I would love to be able to close my front door and leave for 3 months without worrying and I have little desire to travel in and live in an RV full time. Condos are available in the perfect size for me, but sharing a wall with neighbors isn't appealing. Sorry for running on....

I have a park model similar to this except mine has an extra bunk bedroom. These park models are built extremely well with 2x4 walls, plywood floors, pex plumbing and are well insulated . My park model is on 5 acres with septic, electric and well. Taxes are about $650 a year. Not bad for NY. I use it for a weekend getaway but eventually a retirement home.
Wow $650 a year in taxes is amazing for NY. I know I live here. I know there are mobile home parks in WNY I’m not sure if any tiny home communities. Something more spacious than a trailer park and more for older generation.
@@elainehenning1387 Some of the smaller towns in the southern tier allow park model and or campers on property. They just want their tax money and anything under 400 sq feet is a lower tax.

Just in places where they may allow a tiny house to be recognized as a residential home and even primary home as then the differences matter. CA, has actually become pretty tiny house friendly with the state adopting rules that allows tiny houses to be ADU's in most places that allow ADU's and more recently counties like Santa Cruz has started allowing tiny houses, even on wheels, to be become a primary residence on a property you own. While other parts of the country may allow you to place the tiny house on a foundation to meet Appendix Q of the 2018 IRC to be recognized as a residential home, like in Florida, for example. Florida builder like Cornerstone Tiny Homes even builds both THOWs and Tiny House Pre-Fab homes that go on foundations... Cost just depends a lot on how it's built, where, what went into it, and whether factors like depreciation and market it's in effect its price. Even Park Models can still go up to over $200K. So it very much depends on the details but it is possible to get almost anything to a lower price if you can find a way to choose the right details to get to that lower price...

Omg! I absolutely Adore this tiny home!! It’s so pleasing to the eye on the outside and then when you enter you are just wrapped up in that homey comfort. It’s also pretty spacious. This one is a winner for me! Maybe it’s the house or maybe it’s her decorating but I think it’s a little of both 😉
I love the house and tour, and especially the lamp that belonged to her grandmother- the beautiful colour fits in beautifully and it is lovely to have meaningful things in your home. What a lovely lady with a beautiful attitude to life❤
I've seen hundreds of tiny homes, and I like this one for me. I'm not about to climb into a loft as I'm disabled and a senior. She has a lovely place, she's a very nice person and God bless her.
What a fabulous deal on an adorable tiny home! I will check it out online, as that's right in our price range. We love Acony Bell and pray we can live there one day. 🙏 Everyone seems so wonderful! Blessings to all of you! 🤗
This by far is one of my favs. I love how traditional it is but also very personal with the touches of the sunflowers, autographed photos, and the beautiful heirloom lamp. thanks for sharing your home with us!
I've stayed at a lot of airbnbs but I refuse to rent any where the owner lives there normally. It's such a creepy feeling to stay in an a strangers house with all their things around you. I kept on feeling like someone was going to stop by every time I heard a noise outside. Their family photos looking at you, the drawers filled up with their underwear and bras, and the refrigerator completely filled with their food. There really wasn't any room for me to put any of my own stuff. It also wasn't as clean as normal rentals.
I couldn't rent my own home out because I'd worry about people going through all my stuff. I agree that the standard of cleaning would be different in a rental Vs a personal home. I think I'd feel uncomfortable in someone else's home. A friend is clearing out the home of an acquaintance who passed away and we stopped by for her to pick up some items. Even though she had permission to be there, I felt so uncomfortable walking around someone's home. I didn't want to be disrespectful. It's such a personal space.
The only time I stayed at an Airbnb was in Quebec and it belonged to a family. They had zip tied their drawers and closets closed but may have left a drawer empty for us in each room I can’t remember. The house was gorgeous! There was a pool and a hot tub and fire pit! Netflix and wifi and a great kitchen. Definitely felt a little strange being in someone’s home, but it was so nice that I did not mind!
It varies, some people leave all their stuff in storage and go on long trips or only use the home for a specific time of year. So guest wouldn't know it was someone's home in such cases. Some may just rent a home out until it's paid off and not use it themselves until that's done. So there doesn't always have to be overlap... Though, it used to be common to live in other people's home. People used to appreciate maintaining an environment similar to home while traveling. Multiple guests would even have meals together in a common room and it provided people ways to maintain ownership of their home in situations where they otherwise didn't have the income to do so. Such as widows, etc. to get by providing room and board, along with meals, cleaning service, etc. We're just very anti-social these days and the way people used to live over a hundred years ago are pretty much long gone now...
My Aunt used her home as an Air b and b when she travels.....She came home from a trip over seas and the family that was staying at here house trashed it and left cigar stains in her carpet.....

What a charming home. I love the fact that she has her grandma's antique table and lamp. That lamp is lovely. I enjoy seeing older people really leaning into these other living options.
I just absolutely love this tiny house. The space is phenomenal. I love everything especially since there are no stairs. Miss Carol was so nice. If I ever decide to go tiny I want it to be just like this.😅😊
I have been waiting to see communities of these. Also I would like to see shipping box home communities. Affordable for people 💙! Very beautiful Ma’am 🌱🌷☀️
@@beverlyhord4398 Yes, Martha and her shipping container home appear in the intro montage on this video, and if you search the channel for 'Incredible Tiny Homes' you will find that Jenna has half a dozen videos on their homes and development. The ITH channel is very interesting, not only for the wide variety of homes, but the communities they have created for their home buyers.
Holy smokes, I can not believe she got that house for $45,000!!! And partially furnished no less. HOW? Wow...I can't even figure out how they bought the trailer, materials and appliances for that amount, never mind the labor to build it. It's not my style and it's very base level finishes, but it's everything a person needs to live a very spacious, comfortable and extremely affordable life. Absolutely incredible deal! On top of that, this woman is absolutely delightful. Her energy, her attitude and her generous spirit are all amazing. What a neat person. If I ever get out that way I'd love to rent her house for my stay!
I watch these videos to get decorating and remodeling ideas for my 78 year old 864 sq. ft. prairie ranch house. For some reason smaller houses like mine are a bit unloved and do not get many videos. For those looking to live small, a park model is probably a better choice over a true tiny house. Park models are generally senior and disability friendly, and the majority of mobile park communities allow them. True tiny homes often face safety and zoning issues, and may not be built to any particular building standard. For those reasons probably a majority of mobile park communities do not allow them. Cindy is a sweetheart, and her RV dealer treated her right.
I think this is a beautiful tiny home and just the perfect size to me. a tiny home is more in the regards of space size. Where you purchase it should not matter. Anything under 400 square feet to me is a tiny home. I love it and I think you did an amazing job at decorating and I'd be interested in going there for an airbnb just to be able to experience what it would be like living in a smaller space. Thank you for sharing
This home is perfect for a disabled person with limited mobility & a elderly couple...could be a great starter home for a young person or anyone. Love the windows the indoor outdoor feel...
What a lovely home and at such a great price. Most tiny homes seem smaller, with less storage and cost so much more. I'd love to have one of these and put it on some land because her lot rent is more than my mortgage was.
You did an excellent job of answering any questions about tiny house living by giving a thorough tour insude and out. Thanks for talking costs and utilities.
So happy to see a lovely tiny house that is more affordable. Most of them highlighted on YT channels are very expensive. It's hard to believe that this one was $45,000. She's such a happy lady with a beautiful smile. I love the style of her home and the neutral background. I'm glad the ABNB is working out for her. Thanks for sharing!
I agree, our host is a breath of fresh air and a delight with her warmth and sincerity. She is beautiful, and her beautiful home suit her perfectly. I love it. Stay blessed. Shalom and love to all.
My sister has a tiny house in Washington state. I love hers and it has so many similar things in it. I love this one and would love to visit North Carolina for a weekend.
This home is so beautiful...love that it has a real dining room table! I would love to stay here just to see if this is the way I want to go in the future.
I doubt you could find any park model for the price you paid at this time, much less one as nice as yours. It is truly a lovely home and a great choice of area to park it.
You can find a USED park model RV for less than that. I live in NorCal. Last month, there were 2 park models for sale at $65K each in San Leandro, already on the lot and connected, ready to be purchased and the lot rent to be paid.
Wow! I loved her tiny house! No stairs is a big plus. Lovely decor. Thanks for sharing your house . I wish you enjoy your tiny house for many years! May God bless you always 🙏❤️
The tiny home is beautiful and I love the idea so much that hope will be able to get one. But, $550.00 a month rent for land is just too much, in my opinion. Even though that includes water and other things. I think it is way too much. But it is very pretty.

What a charming home. I love the fact that she has her grandma's antique table and lamp. That lamp is lovely. I enjoy seeing older people really leaning into these other living options.
What a lovely home! I can feel the warmth from South Australia. Blessings to you. 🌻🐨
Cindy is precious and her house is so cute!
By all means this one of the best tiny house I have ever seen, absolutely no loft to climb into this is oh so PERFECT 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
I just absolutely love this tiny house. The space is phenomenal. I love everything especially since there are no stairs. Miss Carol was so nice. If I ever decide to go tiny I want it to be just like this.😅😊
TY for sharing, Cindy is so bubbly and sweet! Best wishes to her!!! TY and God Bless!!!
Beautiful Tiny Home
Thank you for sharing
Hello Cindy, Thank you for sharing your tiny house. It's so practical and adorable. Your a sweetheart, enjoy tiny living.
Wow, what a lovely little home, I love her sunflower theme. It makes everything so sunny I feel.
I could certainly live in a home that size, but I couldn't have strangers coming in. The extra three feet of width makes a huge difference.
Hello Susan how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Beautiful tiny home! ❤❤This lady seems genuinely happy with her home and choices. 🙌🙌😀😀 Enjoy everyday of your life.
Lovely home and Cindy is a sweetheart!
Hello Diana how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
This is my absolute favorite tiny house! I wouldn't change a thing except the location as humidity messing with my asthma.
I never thought I would like a tiny house ,but I really like this one
Cindy & her home are lovely ❣️ Thank you for the tour.
She's so happy with everything she's chosen to have there. Truly lives up what she said is important to her: hope and optimism.
Beautiful tiny house. Best I've seen to date. Great job
Hello Elizabeth how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
@@larrybill2661 Hello...I am doing well & I thank you for inquiring...
The house is absolutely adorable xx
So happy to see a lovely tiny house that is more affordable. Most of them highlighted on YT channels are very expensive. It's hard to believe that this one was $45,000. She's such a happy lady with a beautiful smile. I love the style of her home and the neutral background. I'm glad the ABNB is working out for her. Thanks for sharing!
I just smiled through the whole video. Such a happy, sunshiny place to live 🙂
I agree, our host is a breath of fresh air and a delight with her warmth and sincerity. She is beautiful, and her beautiful home suit her perfectly. I love it. Stay blessed. Shalom and love to all.
I want a tiny home I love these little tiny treasures so very cute 🥰💝
I've watched tons of tiny house videos. This is by far my favorite tiny house. It's darling and safe for seniors.
What a beautiful tiny house. I would love one exactly like that one for me. It's perfect.
Cindy, you are so resourceful and outgoing 🤗 Thank you for this lovely visit.
It's beautiful & it's only $45K ? How long ago did she buy it?
She said she was already in it when COVID hit. So, COVID hit inJanuary 2020.
Your home is so cute!
Beautiful home. The park models are the best.
Hello Brenda how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
This was one of the best homes I have seen. I agree the no stairs to climb as people age is a very practical thing.
This tiny house is beautiful and is roomy love the deck. You made a great decision 🤗
What a beautiful home. The kitchen is so gorgeous. I am loving the width of your home. I would live in a home like this. It's simply perfect
Lovely home. So nicely decorated, too.
Hello Bev how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
My sister has a tiny house in Washington state. I love hers and it has so many similar things in it. I love this one and would love to visit North Carolina for a weekend.
This home is so beautiful...love that it has a real dining room table! I would love to stay here just to see if this is the way I want to go in the future.
She is so warm and genuine. I love her tiny home!
I would also love to see an earth sheltered home that’s affordable. 😊
Her tiny house is a normal, pretty house, just smaller. What a pretty place. Great, great video!!!!!
@@le_th_ yes, these particular Kropff models tend to be cheaper than a lot of the custom ones that you see
@@le_th_ I need to check that out. Thank you so much !
Cindy is a total gem, here to shine the light! I can’t wait to visit the house! 🌻💎
I love this home
What a lovely happy lady and so pleased to show off her beautiful home,
which has been tailored to fit all her needs.
Great vid
Thanks for sharing. 😊
Another lovely park model home, well built and we'll conceived. I also liked the community location, as well. ❤️
Hello Jennifer how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Your home is beautiful and it looks cozy and peaceful 😊😊
That's a great looking park model tiny home.
You my dear are just the cheeriest person ever .... Im so happy for you ....I'm 60 starting another career going from RN to certified sterile processing technician and looking at the next state I might want to live ...from Michigan live in Florida and looking to the future.. be blessed
Cindy, you are a joy!
Love your home💝
What would a home like yours cost today? Seems like they've gone up so much. 🌻🌻🌻 Simone
Incredible price! How long ago was that? I havent seen a tiny for less than $100,000 in a good while. Where did she get her home?
I smiled almost the entire video. She seems like such a wonderful woman. You can tell that she loves her home.
