I am a beginner and I have a problem with plans to raise my ass somewhere at the height of the head. My ass is hanging too low and I can't lift it to the right height. Maybe someone may have some exercises performed by reinforcing the task required for holding the tuck position. The exercise involving dumbbell lifts helped me a lot while lying down imitating the body tilt forward as with planch and I am looking for an equivalent to tuck to muc raise my ass higher as I would like to stand on my hands
Deadlift(15 reps per set) glutes and hamstrings also core exercises not abs CORE :) follow my channel I’ll be uploading more videos about calisthenics in the coming weeks and months
