Maradona was named Best South American Player 1979 and 1980 by venezuelan El Mundo award, and Best World Player 1979 by italian Guerin Sportivo and 1980 by french Planete Foot. He easily stays in the 1975-85 team.
i agree with u...it was a fantastic record as a team, but it's hard to ignore the other great players as individual...hopefully there will be more Liverpool players for the next decade...thx for your comment
@@GreatestFootballLegends i think hansen and Clemence could be there Clemence is so underrated He has the most clean sheet in history of the game Still just opinions , thanks for reply
Liverpool tinha poucos jogadores que batiam de frente com outros craques ao redor do mundo. O coletivo era muito forte, mas individualmente era bem abaixo.
I thought the same. I remember watching a documentary about the 1982 WC from Italy's perspective, and Claudio Gentile talked a lot about how all he thought about was man-marking Maradona in the 2nd group stage.
zico, paolo rossi, platini, socrates and falcão! Magic!!!
This masterpiece is great content for UA-cam. :D

1975-85 : Shilton - Kaltz ; Bossis ; Passarella (Scirea) ; Cabrini - Tardelli ; Falcao (Tigana) ; Platini (Zico) ; Maradona (Giresse) - Keegan (Boniek) ; Rummenigue.

Liverpool won 4 EC and 7 League titles only in this decade and only one of them is in the top 11 XI?

@@rezazz2366 Se a Bola de Ouro inclui-se os sul-americanos, Kevin Keegan não teria nenhuma Bola de Ouro.
1975-1985? Zoff - Vogts, Beckenbauer, Passarella, Cabrini - Maradona, Falcao, Boniek, Platini - Zico, K.H. Rummenigge. 2nd: Maier - Gentile, Krol, Scirea, Briegel - Breitner, Socrates - Keegan, Dalglish, Kempes - P. Rossi. 3rd goalkeeper: Shilton. So, it's 23 player World Squad of 1975-1985.
Tardelli, Platini et Bochini au
milieu.
Between Johan Gruyff and Maradona, Zico is the best, not one of the best.
It's a contest between him and Platini
@@davidemaglio5745Yes, in general.
With me, it is Zico.
No Kevin keegan
Maradona?
