What about entering text with the picture you're sending? Do all Android phones have the same camera app?

I have sent pictures many times using text messages I Thought I. had learned how Then there is a software update. You try to do it again and it doesn't work the way it did before. So frustrating. I have a computer science degree and when I got that degree I understood how to do everything (no one knows how to do everything) so don't take me literally. I am speaking generally. I am 64 and have been out of the business for 5 years. Then today needed to do a simple thing that I have done in the past many times and it has changed degree or not at this point I have to google to know what to do. I have gone from knowing what to do to not knowing what to do.

This was easy on my note 9. But now I have a note 10 and when I hit the plus sign there is only a "quick response" & "scheduled message" options. Help.
I’m sorry but I found the whole instruction confusing. On my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which I have owned for nearly 4 years I’ve never been able to use this function. It never works out!!!

I have no plus sign in my text messaging box as you show in this video. So how am I suppose to text a picture?
This is how to select pictures, not how to send pictures. For some reason over multiple phones texts can't send pictures. Maybe it has to be MMS rather than SMS?
