If you have a 5 digit number instead of a name. You just type in the number, add the message and send? With Covid there are some government buildings you can't enter without a text entry. I'm new at this.

So when the phone rings and I am using the screen and the green bar shows up, unless I tap it very carefully, it swipes away, usually up and I am unable to find it. Please help as I have to wait until it rings over and over and the person hangs up, then call them back.
