BJJ Anaconda Choke

A portion of our front headlock series, we began with a snap down to achieve the head and arm. From the head and arm position we entered both the anaconda choke, as well as a simple bonus submission!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, or MMA - this front headlock series is simple yet effective!
