Hello Sachin Ji, aap kuch din sirf naadi shodhan or aulom vilom kijiye. Maine ek video daali hai pranayama par bhi. Apki naadi balanced nahi hai. Aap sham ke samay thandi chije khane se bache. Raat ko sone se pehle thoda pranayama jarur kare. subah rojana 8-10 round surya namaskar ke bhi kariye

Due to sciatica it was a bit tough to do gomukh aasan..managed to do but hands behind were not touching and not straight.
I understand. Do Sucirandhrasana, its good for sciatica. In my video for hips i have shown how to do it.
