  • Hello everyone! This week we are going to continue our conversation about how to start your day on a positive and healthy note. Here is one thing I’ve learned through my years of exploring self growth and movement practices that support personal development; you can always “restart” your day at any moment you need to. You have the power to guide and direct your energy.
I encourage you to consider performing this practice at the start of your day. Qigong has so many benefits and the sooner your begin to prioritize it at the start of your day, the better.
Here are some of the benefits of doing #Qigong:
    • Prevents Injuries To Joints, Bones, and Ligaments
    • Reduce Stress
    • Builds The Immune System
    • Strengthen Nerves
    • Speeds Recovery From Injuries
    • Aids Digestion
    • Lowers Blood Pressure
Qigong is practice of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi). A Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.
We can all benefit from having an energized, healthy body and a calm mind. Start your day with a practice and be sure to do it prior to eating your breakfast. Qigong is best done before breakfast or 1-1½ hours after eating.
As with any physical practice, modify where you need to. Please listen to your body. I hope that you enjoy the practice.
***Please like, comment and share, if you found this video useful to you. Chances are, if it’s useful to you, someone else that you know could also benefit from this practice as well. Pass along the healing energy.
    🙏🏿☮️☯️💜✨
    Many Blessings,
    Steven

Thank you so much for this GiQong session Steven! I really enjoyed doing it with you. Your instructions are clear and inspiring, and the background music helped me to dive deeper into the practice and connect with my body.

Really enjoyed it this morning, especially the cherry picking one! Great for relaxation, stretching, but also hopefully reverse some of the effects of me sitting at my laptop running my online biz! Thank you Steven.

Thank you for this great series Steven. I loved the teacups - I haven't done it before isolating each side and I enjoyed it very much. I always love figure of 8 movements, so relaxing.

Moving the neck at that speed is very dangerous and extreme caution needs to be taken. I would rather practice the slow movements of qigong.

Smooth_Is_Fast thank you for your comment and sharing your opinion. I agree that not every exercise is for everyone. Each person should listen to their body and modify where they need to. This practice isn’t for you and that’s absolutely ok.
