Qigong To Activate Inner Healing

  • Hello everyone! This week's practice focuses on self healing. The body, mind and spirit combine to create healing energy. That energy lives within the body.
When we catch a cold, the body's defenses eventually makes us feel better. When we bruise ourselves, the body addresses the injury and moves the stagnant blood. When a bone breaks, the doctor resets the bone and then the body takes over to repair the damage.
Whether we are using qigong movements, stretches, breathing practices, self massage, or meditation, we are utilizing practices that bring the body into a state of balance. The practices can either prevent illness and injury or strengthen the body to fight what ails it.
Here are some of the health benefits associated with #Qigong:
    Lowers Stress Levels
    Promotes Heart Health
    Reduces Pain
We are so fortunate to have the gifts of Eastern and Western medicines to help cure or manage whatever ails us. Both approaches to health offer a wealth of good, especially when one is balanced by the other. This practice combines, movement, breath, and self massage to activate the
inner healer in you. As with any physical practice, modify where you need to. Please listen to your body. I hope that you enjoy the practice. ⁣

This was excellent. Thank you! I'd
suggest when you get to switching points, that the camera zoom in for 2 or 3 seconds so we can see in real time the exact points of reference. Or the still shot with a red circle around the point of reference each time.

Oh my gosh. This was amazing. Thank you so much, Steven. A friend shared she had just done a seated Qigong practice and I have never done seated Qigong so I was intrigued and asked her to share. I'm so happy she has introduced me to you. My liver meridian was so happy during this (thanks to a liver detox kundalini practice yesterday), yet gosh, did my kidney meridian let me know it needs some love. I feel all Qigong spacy and great and my meridians are buzzing. Thank you. Namaste.
