Always skeptical about these videos because usually they're rehashed versions of well-known secrets, but I am surprised to say I didn't know about any of these secrets. Great video!
number 3 secret, that tunnel used to open in Vanilla and you could jump down from it to certain point which allowed you to swim and u could get beneath ironforge and go to "old ironforge", atleast i think its the same tunnel. was pretty known in vanilla exploration community.
Fun fact. If u leave Gilneas as warlock level up to until u get summoning stone spell and hs back, you will be able to summon anyone to that starting faze. Only Gilnean classes able to do questline. Also some goblin starting area quest items work anywhere in the world. Making up for some entertaining.
I got my gnome mage in there using another method and the quests worked. Did you try this recently? Also, I think the goblin items are fixed-certainly the glasses are, not sure about others. Btw excellent info thanks. EDIT: oh i see what you mean by Gilnean classes, Doh!
any chance you could look in to escaping pandaren starting area without completing questline? been trying to do so ever since they gated lfg behind endquest with no luck.
Wew that's a tough nut to crack. It is not that I didn't look it - everyone did, it is just Bliz went to extraordinary lengths to stop any angles there after the neutral panda thing went mainstream. This is more the territory of explorers than exploiters IMHO. The one thing I will definitely check over is the class order hall and whether any items may have been reused-look for odd channel changes in out of the way buildings.
Escaping the Pandaren starting zone is indeed possible; i.imgur.com/h2QW04z.jpg Nice Vid, and thanks for the shoutout. :D (kidding, that's an old screenshot from when Worldport was active on the PTR. ;) )
Ah, you may well be right, I'm just speculating in the video. Maybe it was something to do the Magni stuff? Whatever it was it seems to have been forgotten by Blizzard. Strange, I spent a lot of time in that area during BC and I have no memory of the quakes.
I seem to recall waaaaay back in the old days there was a quest that involved going through that tunnel and that earthquake was flavor/background for that one quest... perhaps it's just missing a flag to check if the player is on that quest...
Thanks for sharing this great video and of course for the shout out. You showed things here that even the old Wizard didn't remember! You actually made me nostalgic and I started watching some of my old videos. :) Archvaldor, you have always been one of the great ones. Love it!
Holy shit, I've barelly watched the first secret and I can already say, one of the, if not the best wow secrets videos out there. So glad you are what you proclaim: an original video with secrets long researched by you
I only discovered your channel the other day, but I actually love your videos. Your vocabulary make your videos much more entertaining than other similar UA-camrs. You definitely deserve more subs :)
After years of youtube videos showing the same "secret locations you dont know" over and over again, in this video actually i didnt know any of the things you showed. Wichs makes me wonder how many hidden things are still there waiting for someone to be discovered. Nice original vid.
idk why but these vids intrigue me sooo much. love it, just think of all the years, over a decade of little things being put all other the place and later forgotten or there for people to try and figure out why its there
I remember that there used to be ghosts at the undercity entrance but they were non-hostile yellow and didn't hit you unless you hit first. You could only see them with some kind of "see through invisibility" spell. Perhaps you hit it by accident? I think these days they replaced it with the "lost of lordaeron" pets.
If you enter old ironforge, now accessable, you will see where all those external tunnels were meant to join up to. I really wish they would connect them. I honestly see no reason why not. They could save a lot of travel time, especially the link to the wetlands. That would save having to travel around via Loc Modan. I really miss Vanilla where I explored I think every area one could get to almost. I loved the challenge of trying to get to them. Nice to still see some secrets. One minor thing I did was to use the hunter ability and shaman to explore areas we're not meant to see, like the outer edge of the zone you are in for the Legion quest to defend Exodar. Also, back in WoD, I used the shaman far sight ability to explore inside the cave where the waterfall comes down from in the mine, up above and inside of the area the water came from (once you opened up that branch of it). I think the Shaman's far sight ability is one of the best for exploring as you can recast it from wherever you are and just keep going. I explored a lot that way.
"If you enter old ironforge, now accessable, you will see where all those external tunnels were meant to join up to" Gosh, is it that simple? I never thought of that. It would be much better to join those tunnels up. I agree about far sight, it is wonderful for exploring otherwise inaccessible zones. Some places are really tough to get out of it even if you know all the tricks.
You'e easily becoming one of my favorite WoW channels. I like your voice and that is a big selling point for virtually everyone to begin with. On top I like that you don't play extremely irrelevant or uneeded music and overall always have something so show that I didn't particularly know about beforehand.
This is one amazing video! I've been exploring in vanilla during pre-youtube era (with wall jumping still intact) and in TBC to some extent yet exploring is still my passion though I don't have time to play WoW anymore. Thank you for your work, subscribed, gonna tune in for more.
Wow pretty cool. I thought it was gonna be another goblin house at the bottom of the sea in tanaris type of video.. but I sincerely didnt know about most of these
I always wondered about that shaking tunnel! It seems like the most plausible explanation. And also that cave in Zangarmarsh...I swear my friends and I saw that invisible beast questing when we were leveling a while back. GREAT VIDEO!
Flying chairs and fish can be easily explained. When Blizzard starts to develop a new zone (instanced Gilneas) they just copying an existing zone (old unavailable Gilneas in WotLK) to a new separated map. So team is making the worgen's starting zone and placing some barriers that suppose to prevent players accessing outside parts. However, these outside parts is parts of nearest locations (like Silverpine forest) that have been copied from their original versions at some point in the past. So you are seeing the part of original location, but some objects and water can dissapear or be dropped to the underground after the "copying" process. These chairs were in a big house wich is obviously missing. The fish is normally swimming in the same spot of original location, but here the water is dissapeared. Note, that locations may look different. It depends at which point of time Blizzard copied it to a separated map for starting developing. It may happen when the zone is in early state. Buldings sometimes can survive the "copying process" but water/lava will almost always dissapear. If you manage to get outside of Blackwing lair you can find lava bubbles pulsing while lava itself is dissapeared. Like this: imgur.com/a/O1DBS (screenshots from old video "RAoV - WoW Exploits 3.3.5 [Wowgamerxx119]").
i wonder if the "npc" raid group is only an easter egg (a developer being bored on his job), or if it could be used for simulation purposes while designing the raid.
Instant like just from the first fact-- amazing that despite so many videos on WoW secrets, I'd never heard of it before. That would be an amazing spot to RP!
enjoyed watching this because its simply more easter eggs i had no idea about, and i thought i knew them all. its miraculous the communicate constantly finds more and more eggies
I had been to that version of Firelands during Warlords of Draenor before they put they restraint on avianna's feather. I'm so happy you uploaded this It was nice to see again
I was seconds away from turning away from this video because of the very first secret. I was assuming it was going to see Silvermoon from above with all the unfinished textures and this whole list was going to be old news, but surprisingly, just about all of these weren't ones I had seen before.
Bit of a secret now cause no one does it, Lor'themar gets killed by Quel'Delar in the questline for said sword. I'm not sure when it started happening (I'd guess with the stat squish in MoP), but he gets one shotted instead of just injured when he tries to grab the sword. Gave me a good laugh when I saw it. His voice lines keep playing even though he's clearly dead.
It's always been my theory that the tunnel at 5:10 was at one point a back entrance to Ironforge, similar to what once existed for Orgrimmar, but scrapped for some reason.
Yeah almost certainly and some other comments here bear that out. Their seems to be a consensus that iF was supposed to be much larger than it actually is.
I love your videos archvaldor! It's because of you that I started exploring and seeing the game in whole new ways, I love going to EPL from inside wrath naxx or seeing silvermoon in pieces with a massive void below the city.... Thank you for inspiring me!
Oh thanks so much mate. I do love exploration but it isn't commercially viable content unfortunately so I don't make many exploration videos. If you haven't already seen her content I'd recommend Senpai The Explorer.
Good video. I am proud to say i found the Firelands one myself with Aviana's Feather (before Blizz restricted it to Draenor). It is an amazing feeling exploring zones like these and I'm glad the fel meteor works so people can see it(for now).
I missed out on pre-nerf feather, one of my biggest exploit regrets. I believe you could actually use it in instances-I remember people were skipping to Illidan in BT.
Man thats awesome! like right after Supremus.. straight to Illidan? I have to say, Ive spent many days in Azeroth, and my most memorable times were getting outside the boundaries of the actual game. Real Exploration.
A tip for another place that I found while leveling rogue back in cata is in Utgarde Keep. You need to be rogue to do this and with the ability "shadowstep". Near last boss, when you go outside, you will first find a pack of 2 wolves then 2 vrykuls. After that pack you will find a red proto-drake with a vrykul on top flying down to attack you. Hurry to shadowstep this proto-drake and you will fall down below, which gives you acces to the old version of valgarde and parts of howling fjord.
Oh, that's too bad. Here's one of the pics I took while exploring the place steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/920142671997145568/644C958C99E684BAB1CE7738025046C722071F83/
Oh that's so beautiful thanks. I never managed to get out of there and see it for myself. I believe you can still do it with Mind Vision or far sight, but I don't know of a way to do it physically.
Rly? The way I remember getting into old IF back when it was still inaccesible was to walk into that one corner at IF bank where you can duel for some reason, walk towards a window of the house right next to the entrance of old IF and have a mage polymorph you while you are facing the wall. (polymorph used to make you forcefully walk some steps forward and thus, through some walls)
during cata i found a way to go into the phased howling fjord zone in utgarde keep. on the last area on the way to the final boss, there is an npc on a flying proto drake, if you're quick enough you can shadowstep on it before it goes past the ramp and you will jump on the other side. pretty fun zone to explore!
Those fish you discovered in midair was the fish in the water next to dalaran. In vanilla and some expansions afterward there was a lake there with fish that go up to those trees I saw in the background. The purple has in the background was the former bubble dalaran was at before wraith. This was a great video, though I have long since quit wow so some of the things you said I did not know. All the secrets I did not know.
Back in Warlords, I got attacked by the invisible beast in the Zangarmarsh cave on my Panda Monk while leveling through there, I began taking damage and WW had no heals at that level in WoD, so I died pretty fast. I thought it was some sort of spore gas in there that killed you xD
6:20 Armory and Cathedral* Library was the right hand side with the Houndmaster "Loksey" and Arcanist Doan, and the graveyard was the left side with the interrogator Vishas + scarlet side, undead hordes and Bloodmage Thalnos.
Chat message: Shrine of two moons is under attack! Player: how there's guards that'd shoot down any alliance that comes here? Player 2: There's nocliping hawks! *hawk screeching intensifies*
Thanks but I don't think I'm that interesting frankly. I only began using commentary on these videos because I was literally too stupid to figure out how to add music.
in the part of zangarmarsh you slowed down the video for some reason, it made me feel a bit nauseous. maybe next time you could just show some footage of you standing still looking at the cave, i wouldn't mind that and it wouldn't make me feel sick. otherwise nice video btw, original, i like it :)
I'll bear that in mind, sorry about that. I generally do that when there's a disconnect between the audio and footage. I thought it added to the horror vibe so it is really helpful when I get feedback from a different perspective.
Archvaldor i explored silvermoon starting with the special book u showed. Now ive climbed up to where the big crystal in Silvermoon city is with those eyes u know. fun thing is if u try to turn around when ur Standing on the reachable area u notice that evrything dissapear but only the chambers below including the teleport to undercity apear its pretty weird. anyway im going to reach the top of the tower with DH ;3
Yeah silvermoon is mostly smoke and mirrors-they only bothered to build the part of the city you can actually see. Hayven games has a great video on this: ua-cam.com/video/9rFE8HzIijY/v-deo.html
I'd love to see a video of yours on the old Azshara Crater BG that never made it to live, explaining some of the terrain and why those two dragons are there!
Really great video, but your transitions could be a little smoother. It can sometimes feel like it just runs on instead of clearly moving from one point to another. Nice job :)
Yeah your right, I get lazy about transitions. There's so much work involved in one of these by the time I get to post-production it is like 3 am in the morning and I have this ovewhelming compulsion to just upload it.
The tunnel to nowhere behind Ironforge was there in Vanilla but without a gate. Found it one day when I went exploring the Ironforge airfield. Back then the end of the tunnel only showed open sky. The graphics in your video must be what they added to allow flying in Azeroth.
Did you know if you have a friend that didnt made the Quest-Campaign of High mountain you can ride with him on a mount and fall through one of the spires that Dargrul creates much later in the story?
Nice video as always Archvaldor! The one that intrigues me the most are the book in the tower and the firelands npc raid group. What happens when you kill them, can you loot them? I was wondering if I could show you something with the DHs, a new technique that I discovered (or at least, I think I discovered ) that'll help the exploration community for exploring with DHs. You can message me on Ownedcore about it, sadly I can't record a video but I could explain it there or show you sometime.
Archvaldor I love your content man, not because I try to replicate what you show, but because of your dedication. These videos are really good and I enjoy them a lot. keep up the good work!
there's another exit from the world like the one from the tunnel in suramar. if you go to the spiders zone in suramar (don't remember the zone name, but is the one where you train the wretched) you will find a underground dome (where supposedly a world boss spawns, but i have never seen it) with some stairs and a door with bars that can't be opened. i did this with my shaman and the crafted legendary. killed some spiders, and got the buff that raises my speed, until i fly. for some reason it actually let me fly indoors, and of curiosity went above the door and passed through. there's a very small corridor filled with light. entered, and disconnected like three times. ("don't go into the light" quote here xD) maybe you can try to recreate that xD
Yes, it is very interesting they use this approach rather than smoke and mirrors. Because you are never supposed to go into forbidden zones they don't really check the code there so you can often do interesting things you were never supposed to-one of the reasons why going to GM island is bannable.
Ty. I main a mage because of the ease of getting around. That aside Shaman is one of the best all-round exploit classes. DH is the best class overall but is so easy to level you can keep it as a secondary toon. I made a video answering your question quite recently, you might want a look: ua-cam.com/video/UmeyxK-4wBw/v-deo.html
I found that book in the belf area back in WoD using the rocket from the engineering building from the garrison before they nerfed it to be unusable in those zones. It made me wonder why Blizz put something you could interact with in a place that's supposed to be unreachable by us.
I think there is another way but I haven't tested it. It is a patreon method but I'll share it with you this once for free but you'll have to contact me privately.
I think I died by that mysterious beast fairly recently. I was questing with my void elf at the time(when they came out) and died randomly but didnt think much of it. p.s. great video!
wow... missed this type of videos... Back in Vanilla and BC I had a guildie that was obsessed with Exploring... That's how I got under Karazhan, inside Zul'Gurub and in the instanced Zul'Gurub.. I managed to explore a lot of STV... also in BC there was a way that you could use to get under Shattrath.... and you were able to go in the middle of the city.... where there was water... and you could kill players from underneath the City... It was such a sad day when they patched it ... Also one time we almost managed to get the whole guild banned... because we wall climbed the back wall from The Curator and we had only the tank down.... aaaaaand a GM spawned in our instance group.... was not fun to have a debuff that basically made you useless for 5 days or so... what great times :D
if I remember correctly if you read the quest line for that area the tunnel is collapsing on the 2nd secret as you're trying to make your way through I doubt it's leftovers, pretty sure it's part of the quests there
I didn't get very far with the shaman questline before I got my shammy banned, I don't recall any firelands quest I'm afraid. Do you recall the name of the relevant quest?
I cant quite remember what it was or if it was patched but you could use that underground tunnel to get to another secret area back in vanilla. I want to say it was old ironforge but I feel like thats wrong.
7:00 there are (or were. i dont play the game anymore) similar mobs in the houses of raven hill in duskwood. me and my friend found em while fooling around in our lvl 24 twinks, and it killed us.
my theory of the lost raid group is. whe the fireland cinema apepred you could see these raid people fight ragnaros's army. in the cinematic. maybe it was just npcs and not rea players for that footage?
First Top 10 WoW Secrets video I've seen in years that isn't rehashed stuff we all know about. Bravo.
Always skeptical about these videos because usually they're rehashed versions of well-known secrets, but I am surprised to say I didn't know about any of these secrets. Great video!
Yeah, I worked very hard at coming up with stuff that wasn't in other similar videos. Thanks for recognizing that.
number 3 secret, that tunnel used to open in Vanilla and you could jump down from it to certain point which allowed you to swim and u could get beneath ironforge and go to "old ironforge", atleast i think its the same tunnel. was pretty known in vanilla exploration community.
That's cool. You might be able to still do that....depends on disconnects.
Archvaldor is the real deal, right up there with some of the greats like Dopefish, Reznik, and Hayven.
I respect the fact that you took the time to give proper recognition to the finders of these mysteries, places, occurrences, etc. Subscribed.
Thanks for recognizing that. That is a big deal to me.
Fun fact. If u leave Gilneas as warlock level up to until u get summoning stone spell and hs back, you will be able to summon anyone to that starting faze. Only Gilnean classes able to do questline. Nice Vid, and thanks for the shoutout. :D
(kidding, that's an old screenshot from when Worldport was active on the PTR. ;) )
What are those goblin items that work anywhere ? I made a goblin recently but all items seemed zone restricted.
I played back in late BC early Wrath and I remember those earthquakes in the tunnel happening on my Dwarf. I don't think it's from Cataclysm
Ah, you may well be right, I'm just speculating in the video. Maybe it was something to do the Magni stuff? Whatever it was it seems to have been forgotten by Blizzard. Strange, I spent a lot of time in that area during BC and I have no memory of the quakes.
Yeah my dwarf mage back in wrath saw the shaking too I thought it was just mining or something
there were no dwarf mages in Wrath. they appeared in Cata.
I seem to recall waaaaay back in the old days there was a quest that involved going through that tunnel and that earthquake was flavor/background for that one quest... perhaps it's just missing a flag to check if the player is on that quest...
Ah...seems I'm going to be doing a lot of questing in Elysium to check that one out....
Thanks for sharing this great video and of course for the shout out. You showed things here that even the old Wizard didn't remember! You actually made me nostalgic and I started watching some of my old videos. :) Archvaldor, you have always been one of the great ones. Love it!

Thanks very much...Believe it or not 1000 subs was the limit of my ambition for this channel....
I hope your channel blows up and for you to be famous, theese videos are pure gold mate, keep it up.
Ty mate:)
After years of youtube videos showing the same "secret locations you dont know" over and over again, in this video actually i didnt know any of the things you showed. Wichs makes me wonder how many hidden things are still there waiting for someone to be discovered. Nice original vid.
It is not that often people completely get the point of what you are doing and then communicate that to the video creator, I do appreciate it thanks.
idk why but these vids intrigue me sooo much. love it, just think of all the years, over a decade of little things being put all other the place and later forgotten or there for people to try and figure out why its there
Same feeling here, though never played much WoW, I always found this stuff fascinating.
This is a bit of a breath of fresh air. I've watched a lot of WoW secrets vids and I haven't seen any of this! Thank you!!
"Who are tending these gardens..." The deep stuff.
The invisible monster was actually present at the Undercity entrance too, i once got killed by it in WoD.
Fascinating. Never heard of that one.
Archvaldor's Warcraft Hacks I remember being killed in the Undercity entrance grounds many times on my low lvl chars by some invisibile mobs too
If you used any aoe spell then you aggroed invisible mobs mages can see.
AOE with a lvl 7 hunter in Warlords, sure
If you enter old ironforge, now accessable, you will see where all those external tunnels were meant to join up to. I really wish they would connect them. I honestly see no reason why not. another awesome video thank you Archvaldor! I love when you link to other videos I end up watching for hours haha
I really, really like your serious and kind of romantic approach to, and treatment of, glitching around and through terrain in an MMO.
That's a very perceptive and insightful description, yes "romantic" in the classic sense of the word, that's certainly what I aspire to. Thanks.
You'e easily becoming one of my favorite WoW channels. I like your voice and that is a big selling point for virtually everyone to begin with. On top I like that you don't play extremely irrelevant or uneeded music and overall always have something so show that I didn't particularly know about beforehand.
Your voice is awesome, the hacks (like quest items you can keep) are great, subbed.
By far the best video on this topic
This is one amazing video!
I've been exploring in vanilla during pre-youtube era (with wall jumping still intact) and in TBC to some extent yet exploring is still my passion though I don't have time to play WoW anymore.
Thank you for your work, subscribed, gonna tune in for more.
Ty mate, look forward to seeing your comments again.
This guy and his voice maaaaaaan...cracks me up all the time :)))
Keep up the good work bro ;)
Much respect for the shout out that you gave at the end.
Wow pretty cool. I thought it was gonna be another goblin house at the bottom of the sea in tanaris type of video.. but I sincerely didnt know about most of these
You know I've never actually visited that village...but yeah a lot of that stuff has been recycled a bit too much.

Dude, wanted to say you have an amazing voice, i love your content, recycled content like this makes this game unique!

You are very welcome. Always seems to be one item which can get you there...you'd almost think they did that intentionally....
I really appreciate the work you put into your videos :) thanks and keep going strong
I was seconds away from turning away from this video because of the very first secret. I was assuming it was going to see Silvermoon from above with all the unfinished textures and this whole list was going to be old news, but surprisingly, just about all of these weren't ones I had seen before.
Thanks for your patience - I tried extremely hard to avoid doing obvious stuff.
You know this is gonna be a great list when it's the man himself, Archvaldor.

That sounds fun, will check that out.
Love your videos my man. Keep it up !
Thanks for the video, im gonna sit back, lit my doobie and say CHEERS!
Feed from the weed.
btw homies, you sound a bit like Bruce Willis, pretty epic.
I like this "movie" voice. I want more to see so im going to follow you = )

Really enjoyed this vid :)
awesome vid man! i had only heard about 1 of those
This is the first time I've seen your content and I am now subbed good job
A tip for another place that I found while leveling rogue back in cata is in Utgarde Keep. You need to be rogue to do this and with the ability "shadowstep". Near last boss, when you go outside, you will first find a pack of 2 wolves then 2 vrykuls. After that pack you will find a red proto-drake with a vrykul on top flying down to attack you. Hurry to shadowstep this proto-drake and you will fall down below, which gives you acces to the old version of valgarde and parts of howling fjord.
Nice play, but sadly sstep got fixed at the start of legion.
I believe you can still do it with Mind Vision or far sight, but I don't know of a way to do it physically.
should try the demon hunters fel sight in fungore marsh maybe you'll be able to see it then
Good idea, but I think it is actually no longer there.
Maybe we'll know for sure one day! :D
the tunnel around 4:30 is something people used to use to be able to use to get to old ironforge if I remember correctly
Really? I used to wallwalk up there past IF airport in BC...did it involve slowfall and rocket boots?
yeah I think so.
i think you could also chug noggenfogger for slowfall to reach there as well
Wow that must have been some jump. That sounds like a great idea for an Elysium video:).....
I always enjoy your videos and am glad you haven't ever been perma banned before so I can continue to enjoy future content.
Your voice is awesome. When you started talking about space and wormholes I thought you should be narrating documentaries instead of this haha
I'd love to do that:). Ty.
during cata i found a way to go into the phased howling fjord zone in utgarde keep. on the last area on the way to the final boss, there is an npc on a flying proto drake, if you're quick enough you can shadowstep on it before it goes past the ramp and you will jump on the other side. pretty fun zone to explore!
Ah, sadly sstep was fixed in legion...still there may be other ways...
Liebe deine videos, du machst einen sehr guten job!
Danke mein freund:)
Great vid and channel Arch. That intro vid though ha ; ;
This video is refreshingly different.
"The Shrine of Two Moons is under attack!"
Player: "By who!?!?!? theres no alliance around!"
Player 2: "BLOODY HAWKS!"
loll id pay to see that
Those fish you discovered in midair was the fish in the water next to dalaran.
Loved the Vid was awesome, and new!
Chat message:
Shrine of two moons is under attack!
Player: how there's guards that'd shoot down any alliance that comes here?
Player 2: There's nocliping hawks! *hawk screeching intensifies*
Start a podcast with Mr Gamemaster Reviews. Perhaps a few others. Would be funny.
Thanks but I don't think I'm that interesting frankly. I only began using commentary on these videos because I was literally too stupid to figure out how to add music.
Just listening to Mr GM now, really good stuff to listen to while working. Thanks for the heads-up.
Thanks for vid, cool stuff
in the part of zangarmarsh you slowed down the video for some reason, it made me feel a bit nauseous. maybe next time you could just show some footage of you standing still looking at the cave, i wouldn't mind that and it wouldn't make me feel sick. otherwise nice video btw, original, i like it :)
I'll bear that in mind, sorry about that. I generally do that when there's a disconnect between the audio and footage. I thought it added to the horror vibe so it is really helpful when I get feedback from a different perspective.
I like the statecraft reference in the firelands. Rins Raiders instead of Raynor's Raiders. I wonder what the other groups are called.
Seems that most parts of the tower are how do u say it u can walk trough it :O
Yeah it is very weird.Though I always get stuck in the solid bits:)
There is an weir box underneath silvermoon city u can glide on it rly weird
That Firelands thing was amazing
Well narrated video, I'm impressed!
Yeah I thought this was one of my better ones.
No I didn't. Interesting, will check that out.
You can message me on Ownedcore about it, sadly I can't record a video but I could explain it there or show you sometime.
messaging you there now.
Archvaldor I love your content man, not because I try to replicate what you show, but because of your dedication. These videos are really good and I enjoy them a lot. keep up the good work!
That's really insightful Yoshi, thankyou:)
there's another exit from the world like the one from the tunnel in suramar.
if you go to the spiders zone in suramar (don't remember the zone name, but is the one where you train the wretched) you will find a underground dome (where supposedly a world boss spawns, but i have never seen it) with some stairs and a door with bars that can't be opened.
i did this with my shaman and the crafted legendary. killed some spiders, and got the buff that raises my speed, until i fly. for some reason it actually let me fly indoors, and of curiosity went above the door and passed through.
there's a very small corridor filled with light. entered, and disconnected like three times.
("don't go into the light" quote here xD)
maybe you can try to recreate that xD
That's really interesting thanks, never heard that one. The flying thing-did the channel change? You may be able to do lots of fun things with this.
Nicely done video. Also it's interesting how Blizzard will cut out a large section of a zone despite the fact you won't see most of it.
Yes, it is very interesting they use this approach rather than smoke and mirrors. Because you are never supposed to go into forbidden zones they don't really check the code there so you can often do interesting things you were never supposed to-one of the reasons why going to GM island is bannable.
Last part cracked me up!
You should do vlogs too
You might want to look at the last minute of my previous video if you liked that:)
Do you have discord by any chance? Would like to share some exploits with you
Great video. You should be commentating documentaries. What class would you say is the best accessing for these types of hacks?
Ty. I main a mage because of the ease of getting around. That aside Shaman is one of the best all-round exploit classes. DH is the best class overall but is so easy to level you can keep it as a secondary toon. I made a video answering your question quite recently, you might want a look: ua-cam.com/video/UmeyxK-4wBw/v-deo.html
enjoyed this one immensely. will be checking out the other channels for sure. cheers!
5:23, its a relict of a first IF - the oversided one with 3 layers, if u fly down fron that tunel u will land in normal IF
Your content is just amazing.
I found that book in the belf area back in WoD using the rocket from the engineering building from the garrison before they nerfed it to be unusable in those zones. It made me wonder why Blizz put something you could interact with in a place that's supposed to be unreachable by us.
do you know if there's still a way to get to the book in the blood elf starting zone? i did it back in legion, but can't do it anymore!!
I think there is another way but I haven't tested it. It is a patreon method but I'll share it with you this once for free but you'll have to contact me privately.
@@archvaldoryou're a gem, what is the best way to contact you?
@@archvaldor how can i contact you? your exploration hacks are so cool!
Alot I didn't know or even heard of. Played since 2005. Nice.
I'm sure it's the voice, but it feels like a BBC documentary.
I'll take that as a compliment.
It certainly was. After watching a few of your videos I'm hooked.
Ty, appreciated:)
I have actually met this invisible beast in the cave. What I thought was that it was just another mob stuck under the ground.
Also one time we almost managed to get the whole guild banned... because we wall climbed the back wall from The Curator and we had only the tank down.... aaaaaand a GM spawned in our instance group.... was not fun to have a debuff that basically made you useless for 5 days or so... what great times :D
if I remember correctly if you read the quest line for that area the tunnel is collapsing on the 2nd secret as you're trying to make your way through I doubt it's leftovers, pretty sure it's part of the quests there
I remember the Explorer's guild youtube channel, way back in vanilla, it's what got me into exploring. I miss their channel.
It's not there anymore?
Not the original channel. I believe it closed sometime near WotL release, due to music copyrights.
15:55 More like lord Flyolith! No? Oh, okay. :(
Hehe
awesome dude!!
Fun fact about SM. When there where 4 portals in game , it was not 4 instance .Its one instance with 4 entrances .
The firelands that you talk about here, is it not the same area from the shaman legion class hall questline?
I didn't get very far with the shaman questline before I got my shammy banned, I don't recall any firelands quest I'm afraid. Do you recall the name of the relevant quest?
I cant quite remember what it was or if it was patched but you could use that underground tunnel to get to another secret area back in vanilla. I want to say it was old ironforge but I feel like thats wrong.
The old Ironforge tunnel network was quite extensive. Tunnels went to IF airport, the wetlands dwarf farm, and as you say old IF.
Interesting idea, I'd forgotten about the cinematic. EDIT: Just watched it again and I'm not much the wiser about this.
have you ever tried at the end of ice crown on lk platform you can see mountains in the distance?
Yep lots of wrath instances have huge chunks of Northrend in. Broken out of most of them, its a fun ride.
I tried to do the first secret but the fel meteorite can only be used on the broken shore or argus.
Did i do something wrong or did they change it.
Most of these secrets is your character getting dizzy and fainting and traveling to the emerald dream
