Thank you for the recipe chef! This by far is the best pomfret caldine that I've ever prepared. It was delicious.
I had watched other recipes too where they used coconut cream or thick milk towards the end. But, your recipe tasted good without additional coconut milk.

Yes you can use, but if you get canned coconut milk you can use that.
