    Hi Ladi
    Pomfret,caldeen is my family favourite. I prepare it quite often. If pomfret are not available, I use lady fish

    in Goa and kokan only using kokam tamarind tomato using in northern India but there is no fish you give proper Goan prepration

      Prita, in some of the Goan fish curries we do use tomato like it is used in this curry 🙂

      Netra, Tomatoes are not put in all Goan fish curries. However we do put it in some of our Goan fish curries and it does taste good 🙂 You should definitely try this recipe!
