Goan Caldine Recipe | Cauliflower and Prawn Caldine Recipe | Authentic Goan Caldine recipe

Goan Caldine or Caldinho is a Traditional Goan Curry, mild and delicious, yellow seafood curry traditionally made with few spices and coconut milk extract. It tastes sweet and tangy and can be made using Mixed Vegetables, Prawns, Cauliflower, Pumpkin or Fish.
Ingredients
150g Prawns
1 tsp Tumeric powder
200g Grated Coconut
6-7 Cloves
1/2" Cinnamon stick
8-10 Peppercorns
1" Ginger
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Raw Rice
2 green chillies
1 small cauliflower
2 med Onions
1 tomato
3 Tbsps Tamarind pulp
*To make it Veg, You can skip the prawns
