**Ingredients and Recipes**
Meal 1: Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
-2 Slices Delightful 45 Cal Bread
-6 Tbsp Liquid egg whites
-1/4 C Shredded Cheese (full fat or fat free)
-Chopped Butternut Squash
-4 TBSP Salsa
1. Place butternut squash in air fryer at 360 degrees F for 12 min. (put in oven and bake at 400F for 15 min if you don’t have air fryer)
2. Toast bread.
3. Place shredded cheese on one side.
4. Cook eggs like a scramble and place eggs on top of cheese.
5. Top with other side of bread
6. Remove cooked squash and top with cinnamon.

Meal 2: Thai Chicken Wrap
-3 oz Grilled Chicken
-1 Joseph Lavash Bread
-2 TBSP Curry Paste (I used Prik King)
-2 TBSP Soy Sauce
-2 TBSP Peanut Powder (PB2 or Protein4oats Peanut honey)
-1/4 C Shredded Carrots
-1/4 C Bean Sprouts
-1/8 C Chopped Cilantro
-1/8 C Shredded lettuce
-Side: Kiwi
1. Combine peanut powder, soy sauce and curry paste.
2. Spread on lavash bread
3. Add grilled chicken, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, and beans sprouts.
4. Tightly roll up and cut in half.
5. Kiwi on the side

-2 C Frozen Chopped Spinach
-2 C Frozen Mixed Berries
-1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used PEScience Gourmet Vanilla)

-1/4 tsp Xanthem Gum

-1/2 Serving Bran Buds
-6 g Cocao Nibs
-1/2 C Strawberries
-1/2 C Blueberries

Stephanie Buttermore i love your channel. you're so sweet and informative :) I just have a slight concern about your diet because it seems like you're eating a lot of processed foods without even realizing it. For example just all the powders and supplements you take. I might recommend kind of cycling off them every now and then. I understand that that's your lifestyle and that's incredibly common in the bodybuilding world. also I am slightly biased because I used to be exactly the same and eat pretty much only protein and vegetables, so I can appreciate now how you're adding more carbs and fat to your diet. But I would still recommend trying to eat more Whole Foods if you can. Less diet bread, less egg whites, less powders and supplements. I found a massive change in my digestion and overall health when I started limiting these Foods.
have you ever heard of Mind pump? I would highly recommend listening to them. They have an incredible podcast which is very funny and very enlightening.

Put it in a cup of water and let it soak for like 30+ mins. It will soften the hairs to a more peach like fuzz.
Plus, if the kiwi is really ripe and kinda shriveled up, the soaking will plump up the kiwi to a pre-ripe size. So you'll get a full, sweet, and juicy kiwi with soft skin.

I am not even able to have a full meal because anorexia has ruined my stomach 😥 I find it so inspiring that you make all of us see that food is not the enemy, that carbs are a way to nourish our body and that eating is a way to help us find our energies to do what we love to do best in our life. You have changed my way to see appetite as something positive to take advantage of in order to transform my body 😘

hi! i suffered form aneroxia as well and I also suffer from many things in my stomach. I can barely eat without having stomach pain. Did you do anything to solve it? ive tried everyth9ing but i still have a lot of gut problems
camila p okay I had anorexia for a year and during my anorexia recovery FOOD WAS HORRIBLE I SPENT TWO WEEKS THROWING UP 😭 because my stomach couldn’t handle it. I recommend even if your vegan or vegetarian take a break and allow your self to have dairy. Dairy will slowly expand your stomach. Your metabolism won’t be as fast so I’d recommend steadily increasing by 300-500 calories so the weight comes of a little more slower instead of leaving you super super bloated but I was still super bloated 😂 also drink water throughout the day instead of meals and your end goal is probably to eat around 3500 calories until your weight restored 😚 good luck
I recommend you to eat by little meals so you will digest better👍 I was anorexic too so i know the stomach ache and when you feel like you aren’t digesting at all ✌🏻try to avoid raw food it’s not digesting well and go against some combinations that yes taste good but your frail stomach wouldn’t handle it 😣 and step by step all will be okey don’t worry just keep going ❤️

thanks for the vid and the food breakdown! we eat pretty similarly. I have a smoothie bowl every day and I love it super thick! my trick is pulsing all the frozen stuff till it looks like dipping dots and then I add like 30g greek yogurt and literally the tiniest splash of liquid, like a tsp. and then blending it up. it takes a little longer but its always thick and takes a while to melt. also if you add frozen banana to the bowl, its super creamy.

I actually think you're my favorite youtuber. This was also a much needed video, I would love to be able to eat more than I currently am. I did I.F for about 10 days. Went too hard during a workout and probably didn't stretch enough so i strained/sprained my neck so i've haven't been working out for a while so I've just been binging for no reason lol.

Great content! Definitely I agree on bulking + IF being one of the reasons I've managed to build a healthier relationship with food. It makes you less restrictive, makes you accept weight gain as a inevitable part of life, and a makes you more socially involved. I love these. Full days of eating, because I´m not too tall, I find that Full days of eating from girls give me more ideas for my not so big calorie budget lol

One of my favorite parts about using a food scale is the insane consistency of taste and texture of my oat bowls, and rice cooking time. Yes, I weigh the water in grams too (the real secret)
