Thank you for acknowledging that purging does not always mean vomiting. It can be over exercising, restricting certain macros (carbs/fat), and a lot of negative self talk and food guilt after a binge.
Hurry up ... I love watching 😄👍🏽
You and Jeff have such a kind and informative way of explaining things. I really enjoy the way you go about teaching. So respectful! Been following your journey and I just think you’re so strong and beautiful 👏🏻❤️
I cannot comment on youtube vid for sum reason but can only comment replies. Anyway it was so triggering&relatable when jeff spoke about hıs binge eating and i still dont think i stopped it even tho i did unplanned "all in" for about a year now way b4 stephanie and idk how i can stop for good

everyone praising the boyfriend for being a decent person... can we just agree that everyone should be understanding and sensitive towards their partner?
Nalababy I think he’s gone above being a decent person. Most people are not willing to open up about something as personal as binge eating to the internet b/c their spouse asked. That was really brave and awesome of him.
I don't think most men would be happy if their girlfriend tells them "I wanna gain 35 pounds of weight". It depends on the circumstances. In her case I think it was definitely necessary for her to gain weight, because she was unhealthily lean. I think she looks happier and healthier now. But: If your partner is already overweight that's a totally different situation. In that case a weight gain would be unhealthy for her and to be completely honest, I would try to talk to her and try to convince her not to do it. You can be understanding and sensitive towards your partner even though you have a different opinion.
Yes everyone should be understanding but that doesn't mean anyone should like and accept anything. Anyone would be just right to feel that he doesn't like his boy/girlfriend to gain weight.
Because he has experienced even worse of himself. But he recovered quite well.
Venus
What do you think he is going to say, only one answer if he wants to stay with her. She needed more weight, but 35 pounds is too much for a small girl.
He’s such a thoughtful evolved man. How refreshing!

prettypetite - if she keeps packing on the pounds, i think he'll dump her
i know they have a good relationship, but he's a fitness guy and he'd want a woman with a good physique, not one with a frumpy figure
MO JO no she looks great after going all-in cuz she’s more curvy right now. They’re able to enjoy more delicious food together which makes their relationship even better! Don’t judge sb with only their body shape

@@elisew1783 everyone has their personal preference, just because you think thick women are somehow better doesn't mean it's facts :)
@@elisew1783 I wouldn't call one body type better than the other. It's all about personal preference and what is healthiest for that person.
Don’t Worry About it people have different preferences, i don’t think thick women are better than skinny, and I don’t think skinny people are better than thick. Everyone’s different. No reason to fat shame or skinny shame.

@Savannah Longest It's sad if he thinks what?
Coming from years of an abusive relationship, just watching how you both listen to each other before speaking and the support given shows me that their are men out there who respect women. I hope I can come across this one day ❤️
It all comes down to a lot of self-love. Which sounds condescending as fuck coming from a stranger on the internet, but it really does.
You gotta watch out for yourself and be yourself. Be genuine and look for genuine people, which is a lot easier to do when you're 100% willing to be you without compromise.
Good luck in finding the person that loves you for... well, you.
You definitely will! They are out there, and you deserve wonderful, honoring, compassionate, beautiful love!!

Living with someone stupid-minded, I completely agree.
I’m so impressed by you putting your health before vanity. It’s extremely difficult for most women. Me included. Good job.
wow, it was so liberating when jeff talked about his binges - it's such a important thing to talk about that not a lot of people have the guts to share. Im unfortunately right in that process where i binge extreme amounts 4-6 days a week and don't know how to stop it, but it was so motivational hearing that it can be fixed and i'm not alone. lots of love!!
just try and go one more day without binging, and keep teetering up the same way you increase strength in the gym, push your mind and make it stronger.
Hey the brain over binge podcast and book really helped me ♥️
Binging is probably just your bodys way of replenishing your glyphosate
Joe Bob I think you mean glycogen, glyphosate is a herbicide.
Hi! I know you posted this two months ago but I'd like to share my experience with you in case it might still be of some help. I started binging this summer almost every night due to dieting and I think it's been two or three months since my last binge. What I did was stop denying myself certain categories of food because the more I restricted the more I wanted. That's how our brains works: what do you think of if I tell you not to think of a red ball? I used to binge on milk and cookies, so I incorporated these foods into my meals again and ate them with no guilt. That's the key: you have to remove any moral judgement from food.... There's no such thing as good or bad food... It's all just food and you can't allow it to define the kind of person you are. You can be bad for stealing etc, not for eating a donut! After I ate a portion of the foods I used to consider as "bad" everyday, I stopped wanting them. They were not special anymore because I knew I could have them whenever I wanted. I had a mindset of abundance, whereas before my subconscious thought that whenever I had the chance to eat milk and cookies I should eat as much as I could, fearing it was the last time I would have the chance. There's nothing wrong with that: it used to be a survival technique for our ancestors who starved everyday until they caught a prey and ate as much as they could because they did not know when their next meal would be. This kind of mentality comes back when we start to restrict our food... It's our brain fearing starvation and protecting us. Just believe that you live in abundance and that all the foods you want are always available, which is the thruth about nowadays society.... food is everywhere. So just wait till you're hungry, sit at a table, plate those foods and eat them just like any normal food. No shame, no guilt. It's a conscious choice you've made. Do this everyday and you'll stop craving and binging. I binged a lot when I started this but making some mistakes is part of every process. I don't even like milk and cookies anymore, they're just like any other food for me now. Sorry for the very long message, but, in case you're still struggling with binge eating, I just wanted you to know you're not alone and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I hope you get married with him. You guys are so mature and serious about the relationship. Hope the best for you guys!

Yeuuuuup called us out in the most non-calling out way possible 😂 I love them
As someone who has really struggled with binge eating disorder it makes me so happy to hear Jeff talk about his struggles. It isn’t something that is talked about enough.
@Jennifer DeBold I've been in therapy with a psychologist and dietician for almost a year now and it been truly lifechanging. The hardest bit was reaching out for help but once I started getting help I was so much more motivated to get better.
Bronte Jane I never knew this man would eat I the bathroom to hide the fact I totally know what he means though to feel like you have to hide
@Jennifer DeBold I would also recommend reading Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen, it goes into the neurobiology behind binge eating. Life changing for me.
It works for binging to 😅. Honor your hunger.
I love how y’all listen and don’t interrupt each other!! 🥰❤️

@@stevenhewes1990 I think we all intuitively know there is a cap somewhere.
The Fox bruh being an alcoholic and trying to fix your eating disorder are two different things she lost her period because of the way she used to restrict herself. Alcoholics hurt not only themselves but everybody else around them stop comparing these two shes not overweight and now she doesnt eat as much as she used to eat when she began this type of diet.

@@genesisgenesiss6853 sorry my bad. I wasn't having a go at Stephanie and do in fact think she looks fantastic however I also think makeup can be just as much an issue as dieting in terms of impacting women's expectations and their self esteem. We do have to recognise she is heavily made up and it isn't natural for ones skin to look so flawless.
Nick Perry I agree but if she wants to wear makeup, then that’s her choice. Whether it’s heavy or light. Personally, I don’t wear makeup but that’s my choice lol. Thanks for clarifying, have a nice day:))
Stephanie: he liked me before but he likes me more now. Oh, you're a good boyfriend
Me: *drowning in tears *
Милый Ластик I think it’s mainly from the fact SHES Happier and feeling better etc no man likes when his women hates herself or is miserable.
@@zeon_trl1326 true. She needs Jeff to lie. The truth would destroy her. He's a bodybuilder. You can bet that, even though he loves her (which is most important), he would prefer leaner over fatter. Jeff wants her to be happy, so he plays the game as most people would, when asked, to keep their partners happy.
Gunner what the fuck are you saying
Gunner that is a pretty shallow and fucked up thing to assume. Just because he is a body builder doesn’t mean that he doesn’t enjoy having his woman happy (or enjoying that junk in the trunk). He is a MAN, not a child/boy. A man loves his woman in every single stage that she does through in life and supports her and her changes physically aren’t going to do anything but bring them closer and make them fall even more in love. That’s is what going through a journey in a relationship does..bring two people closer, not to mention, she is somebody that actually follows through, just like a bodybuilder does with bulking and leaning. She isn’t doing this with zero goals in mind. She’s a fucking PhD..she is a dedicated, strong woman that know hat she wants and has goals she is working towards, and right now those the goals are health oriented and also includes gaining that control back over her health and body. Just because that is the way you think means that her man thinks that way. He is in no way a shallow man. I mean..he called her a freaking PIONEER for women...pretty sure he is more in love with her than ever before.
@@gunner5916 believe it or not, when you truly love a person, the size they are doesn't matter. Healthy looks different on every person.
First I ever heard a male youtube bodybuilder being so dman honest about this subject. 1:0 to Jeff
I’d be so afraid of allowing myself to eat at full satiety because I’ve had binge eating disorder in the past and I feel like everyday would be a binge for me.. food can be scary man 😫😫 eating intuitively by listening to your body has to be the hardest thing
it's tough but POSSIBLE. try and get some professional help if you don't think you can do it alone! there's also many good resources online if you're careful.
same here! Even if I'm not trying to lose weight I still prefer to count calories/control my eating in some other may because if I don't set a limit for myself (sometimes even if I do lol) I will binge until I feel sick
It's definitely a process of multiple months.
Stephanie is eating pretty damn healthy, and is working out during the whole process, and that's a major help.
Doing something that's this drastic should definitely be paired with professional guidance.
I struggle with binging and I've started giving myself permission to eat anything (its hard and you constantly have to remind yourself you're allowed to eat) and within even a few days I already felt a million times better, less inclined to binge, healthier and like food isn't torturing me everyday near as much. The key is to quiet your mind when you feel the urger to binge OR restrict and keep practicing eating until you're full. And remember you're eating might be really all over the place and unhealthy for a while until you settle! you've got this, you'll feel so free
Binge eating is usually caused by a history of restriction.
For myself I found that focusing on Whole Foods and not limiting myself with food rules about what is healthy and what is “bad” helped me change my mindset a lot about eating
Jeff*looks at her but*
Jeff:It's better now
Stephanie:There's even more now
Jeff:Yea:)
Best thing i've seen all day
I just know despite Jeffs responses, he adores you and can see how he looks at you 💕
I love how he called you a pioneer for women. Its so true. You are changing my life.
i relate so much to jeff when he talked about binging disorter. like foreal when you "restrict" yourself into having only one (etc. cookie) and then going back for another one and another one without feeling any kind of satisfaction and after you finish the whole pack, you are left feeling SO MUCH guilt. its crazy.
Unless you want to be ripped it doesn’t really matter how many cookies as long it’s not a daily thing
If I want to eat sweet I’ll just lower my carbs for the day
CALICOTV301 you clearly don’t understand. You don’t enjoy or hardly even taste the food during the binge last maybe the first bite or two, it’s a frantic, out of control, hazy experience. It’s very different from just wanting a good pig out session. Accept that maybe you don’t know everything.
CALICOTV301 it feels pain and you keep going..
CALICOTV301 thank you 😊 it slowly is
@@littlelam3691 fr I will binge on half frozen shit just because I cant wait for it to unfreeze

you’re helping me through my personal journey too my boyfriend is just as supportive as jeff and it’s so important to have a support system that loves you regardless
I'm sharing this with ED clients of mine. I like how Jeff described his disordered eating and that you call out how taboo it is to discuss it. I see more people in therapy who come in for feelings of anxiety or depression and we uncover that they restrict, over exercise and don't sleep well. Altering all three of those things will reduce strain on the body, mind, nervous system and allow the body time to heal. I think people are being mis-diagnosed and subsequently medicated when the key to a lot of change is in the basics. Thank you for making this video!
keckk22 just a quick question: often people struggling with eating disorders consume calories on a deficit.. during the recovery process of an ED, is it normal for the person to have a larger appetite for let’s say 3 years even if the person becomes at a healthy weight and has progressed really well in recovery?
@@hannahdun7283 Usually your stomach is supposed to become smaller when you're not in recovery cause you're not eating alot but as you eat more it gets bigger so maybe you're still not eating enough if you're still hungry because if your body is telling you you're hungry then you are but if it's just comfort eating then maybe you're not actually hungry.
@@hannahdun7283 Hey Hannah. When I've worked with ED clients and nutritionists at the same time they often tell me the damage done to a metabolism can take a long time to recover from. Long time meaning years so I wouldn't be surprised at all to find an increased level of hunger for quite a while. At the same time the brain needs to learn and understand healthy hunger and fullness cues and that can take a while as well.
My gosh, he is adorable. You two make a beautiful couple.
Jeff is a prime example of a man! Being so supportive of you and loving you for who you are not how you look. We all need a Jeff in our lives :)

I loved being able to hear his perspective on this "all in" and especially his thoughts about the weight gain. Thank you for sharing. All boyfriends take note: be more like Jeff.
For some reason I always thought Jeff never really cared to eat. But now I see he just has a really good relationship with food.
I hope you get there in the end Steph!
You have a relationship with your food?
@@zeon_trl1326 Of course. Relationship is the interaction of two objects and their outcome. An outcome can be positive, negative or neutral. Thus, a relationship with food is achieved when a human eats or does not eat said food. When you have body issues, you tend to create a negative relationship with food. But, Jeff has gotten to a point in life where he can eat whats hee wants without feeling guilty. Healthy relationship!
So nice to hear Jeff talking about binge eating. That shit is sadly all too common.
It is so obvious how unconditionally he loves you and it is just so heartwarming and precious. Everyone deserves a love like the one you have for each other! And happy birthday, Jeff!

Hey girl, please, please keep making fitness content through this whole experience!! It’s so helpful being able to watch another athlete go through this process, and it’s just kinda nice to be able to have someone (with a background in science as well as someone who’s just physically similar:)) who’s dealing with similar physical symptoms throughout their training. Love what you’re doing!! Keep it up💕
I am soooooo happy someone is speaking about about this, I have my own journey with being all in and I know it is super hard to do it, it takes work, you keep doing what is best for you, much love
He’s really sweet and he clearly adores you just by the way he looks at you. Hope you guys will be happy forever and ever and ever ❤️
"Might be" a double standard? Jeff, so polite. Some of the things you describe are true, but the vast majority are not thinking beyond what it means to their eyeballs and how it feels to look at bodies. They might be able to dress it up in "health" or scientific concern but that's only because they know on some level that they can't say it out loud.
Yeah, I was hesitant to say it, but you've inspired me. They're interacting with it almost 100% on a superficial level.
I'm sure some are fitness guys who just aren't paying attention and there are even a few who are trying to help in earnest, although they're apparently unconcerned that nobody asked for their advice.
But the majority from my perspective are just bummed that she's not as lean and really, really want her to know what they think of her physique right now.
If they know her struggles with hunger, then it's even more fucked up to say. Would you really want someone to go to bed painfully hungry and lack the energy to go about her day just because you prefer Lean Stephanie? Get a hobby that isn't ogling strangers on the internet and trolling them when they "fail" you.
She has to live in her body and her health and feelings are what matter.
She's also absolutely gorgeous at this weight, so I didn't want to imply there's anything wrong with how she looks. You're beautiful, Stephanie, but how you look is just so not the point. You're on a health journey.

Most guys are still cavemen and women are here to please and be ogled. I don’t give most guys much credit.
Melanie Clarkson pop off
YES. My first thoughts as well were that the critics are just upset they can't "enjoy" her leaner physique anymore because that's what they find attractive. It's gross. So many men think women exist for their viewing pleasure and need to fit their mold of what women should look like, not realizing she is a human being and this goes way deeper than they are capable of thinking.
I really appreciate Jeff sharing his experience so openly - I relate to him so much and it’s nice to know I’m not alone. Love you guys, love your message - keep up this positive energy you’re exuding because I’m living for it xx
I love how open and honest you guys are!!! It is greatly appreciated!! ❤️❤️
I would LOVE to see Jeff do a science based video/videos on his binge eating to intuitive eating journey. I've struggled with BED for most of my life (since I was 6) so obviously our journeys are drastically different, but getting to a point of being able to eat intuitively seems like such a fairy tale to me. I'd love to see some of his research and tips on it as it is such a taboo subject that no one wants to talk about and people just suffer in silence as a result.
Jeff loves that booty gain girl! Joke aside, Jeff put it best, you’re a pioneer for us women. I struggle so much with binge eating and extreme hunger (I recently lost about 45/50lbs) and now I trying to find the medium where I am no longer food focused but still maintaining/losing. I am not sure if that is even a possibility. But as someone who is also required to be under a set weight (military) Its a real struggle. But I love your content and your bravery. Sharing your life with such a mass audience is brave. Especially sharing such a unique and taboo journey as intentional weight gain for the benefit of health. I am very grateful and look forward to seeing more content.
Natalia Santiago what was the set weight ?
Watching the quality of this relationship is so heartwarming
Seriously Jeff is such an angel. Very thankful for men like him.
I used to binge and “purge” all the time and still do occasionally and that section of this video is honestly so helpful
I have a question: how do you feel, when you see your slimmer self in old videos or when you edit in some old footage? Are you becoming more neutral about your physique or is it still hard? I personally think that you look so radiant since you're all in :)
Linda S very good question. I can’t look at my pictures from pre-recovery from anorexia without crying, wishing I had the same physique I had 3 years ago (but as for me I guess I’m not there “mentally”, yet)
I cannot tell you how much this video opened my eyes. I have binge eating disorder with some purging and it makes me hopeful that I can overcome. Thank you Stephanie and Jeff!
Hi Stephanie, thanks for sharing :) I just wanted to say I love how devoted you look to listening to hear him instead of looking at the camera the whole time. I don't really like saying "relationship goals" but communication and deep listening is something i'm definitely working towards ! Love you guys.
This whole “all in” series has been amazing !!! I binged so bad after my shows and gained but my hunger stopped just like yours - my battle now with me is not feeling like i look good without being “stage lean” - struggle is real! Love you steph!!
You’re incredible and have helped with my body image so incredibly much.
You two are very cute, it’s obvious that he just adores you! Woman to woman, congratulations on feeling happy and healthy. Food issues are tough so when you find what works for you and makes you genuinely content it’s a truly powerful place! 💜
I had bulimia for 10 years and the binge/purge cycle was SO addictive.
@Amanda R All in will be able to put an e brake on the bulimia as long as you're keeping your mental health in check and are prepared for letting go of your weight. You will peak with weight and hunger and then it starts to regulate, which can take a year give or take. Its a journey but will open your world up to having better relationships, more mental space, heart, energy and positive experience! Best of luck :)
@@CassandraMac thank you for sharing this experience! I'm early into real recovery - finally giving in to the extreme hunger after years of treatment and folks attempting to supervise a reverse-diet. (Fascinating to me that this reverse dieting didn't work for myself or many with EDs and that many body building folks struggle with this approach as well). Accepting the weight-gain and over-shoot is turning out to be the hardest part. Congrats on your recovery, it's always inspiring to hear people make it.
For someone who has went through this process herself and struggled with binge eating for years this video is so related and you both have such a great relationship.
I can’t believe how much I related to what Jeff said... I just competed in my first figure bodybuilding show in June of this year and I’ve battled with some binge eating, feeling guilty about it and try to compensate with cutting my food the next day. I was severely overweight at one point (200lbs @ 5’2”) in end of 2017/early 2018 so its scary! Thankfully I have a coach who doesn’t believe in a strict reverse diet so I avoided that. I loved this video, thank you for letting me feel not alone!!
You have no idea how much I needed to see this. I recently had my second child and I am back to my pre pregnancy weight but due to some complications I havent been able to workout. I feel so insecure. My husband however tells me how much he love my body now and how he prefers me this way. I was very thin and lean before. I however am having a very difficult time. It hard to adjust to this new body and let myself heal.
I really love the way he is looking at u,supporting and loving u! ❤️ you are both so inspiring!
Stephanie, you’re such a ray of sunshine and I love you and Jeff together!! You’re such and inspiration and my life goals truly!! I wish there was somehow we could meet you, been watching you since the beginning!! 😍😍
What a great communication line between you two and hearing Jeff's honest option of what he sees is breathtaking. Great woman. Great man. Loved this video so much!
Love that you’re doing these videos. Such a positive influence for women. Just wanted to say that while the “all in approach” will help with your hunger cues and help with a healthier mindset around food, it’s important to get help around the psychological component of why there were challenges around eating. Just changing ones eating cannot change why a person was restricting in the first place if that makes sense. Keep it up 💕
You guys have such a healthy relationship and way of communicating with each other! Jeff is a keeper.
Your couple dynamic is absolutely beautiful and raw. Thank you for sharing this with us🧡
Loved this so much! It was so cool to hear his perspective and i think alot of men could learn from Jeff in showing grace and love to their significant others when weight gain is happening or needs to happen. Glad you two have eachother :)
I'm not necessarily going "all in," but I've recently stopped dieting, after a couple of years of dieting/binging, and it's been life-changing for me, as has you sharing your all in experience. It's so hard to be accepting of your body and to resist the temptation of going back, but at this time in my life, I think listening to my body is the best thing I can do. Thanks for sharing, Steph!
This was one of the most insightful, honest and encouraging health/fitness videos I’ve ever seen on UA-cam. Thank you so much for doing what you do, Stephanie 🥰. Sharing your guys’ internal struggle with intense hunger, body image and critics made me truly realize that my relationship with food and my body is forever a work in progress. There is no ultimate goal. And ironically enough, that brings me peace. Knowing that perfection isn’t attainable allows me to accept my mistakes and enjoy the process. I’m confident all the work you put into yourself and your journey will always pay off in some way though!
I adore your guys relationship! So much strength and pure love!!
Few things: A) Cutest couple ever. EVER.
B) Seeing you both "show lean" makes me realize how much better yall both look now. Not that you looked bad then, but ya know what I mean.
C) I truly feel the male critics are either just unhappy to see any woman not strive to be a bikini model, OR you were right in the fact that they cant help but get unsolicited advice. I get it all day every day in Insta so I feel you.
Breck Kane fam idk what you’re talking about but she looked disgusting super lean and 2nd no ones wants someone to be unhealthy and always eating trash
_Zeon _ why are you being so rude?
@@zeon_trl1326 That's incredibly rude. She's such a sweet human being and doesn't deserve comments like that.
We are so blessed to have you both in the community. Stephanie definitely took a super courageous and encouraging step to do All In. I mean you are being such a real example! Like you do something different and actually take care of health instead of just looking fit, which is so important to have fitness figure like you for women of all age today! But also for Jeff, to share such things are so incredible of him! I mean male don't really talk much about it, especially body builder and so on, for being real and sharing your stories... SO MUCH RESPECT FOR BOTH OF YOU
Jeff has the most amazing smile I've ever seen. I love your relationship, you're both lucky to have each other ❤️
I recently discovered you and I just wanted to say that I love your content, the way you express to your viewers and the amount of work that goes in your videos is impressive! Love, love, love them!!!! 💛😍
Keep it up on your all in progress you’re doing doing great. I hope it keeps working on you and most importantly that you’re happy 😃
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me. My viewers are my family and you guys only deserve the best 💋
Hey Stephanie! I just wanted to tell you that I am going to do an “All In” experience. I am currently in recovery for anorexia! You have motivated me and I am so excited!! Please wish me luck!!! I would love to receive some advice!! 👍🏻
Hey Fatima, good luck!!! We're rooting for you ❤️
2 months late but good luck
you're beautiful
I just want to let both of you know that my entire life changed for the better thanks to you! My approach to food changed completely since I have been struggling with this disorder (and I say "struggling" because I've gone through all this feeling guilty and ashamed along the way - and yeah the phrase "eating in the bathroom so no-one could see" triggered me some bad memories - wish it wasn't a taboo back then and people talked more openly about it like Stephanie does now. I'm sure a lot of people will find this helpful). Also, the Guide to Body Recomposition by Jeff and Chris is something I would definitely recommend! Really helpful book so far!
Literal couple goals. I love you both so much ❤️ I have struggled with weight and body image my entire life and the way you talk about fitness and the way you’re both so vulnerable about this new journey keeps me going! ❤️
Loved this talk! And as a man I can say: first I did experience the same thing you went through with extrem hunger and second I got to the same conclusion as Jeff - it balances out when I take sugar out (but sugar problem is just my thing, I know people who can eat a cookie and be fine). I can balance weight only when I block sugar completely. Then eating to satiety and stay within caloric deficit is fairly easy.
So full support to you from yet another man! And thanks for sharing - it helps me to keep on my way with food as well!
And happy birthday Jeff!!! Your videos are awesome and really helpful, keep the great work going!
I have never heard Jeff speak this much, but now I can really hear the eastern Canadian in his accent!
bootstrappers isn’t he from Kelowna? That’s about as far West as Canada goes...
This was fascinating! Thanks Stephanie for making this vid and coming up with the questions, and thanks Jeff for sharing your experiences with hunger, food, restriction, and binge-eating. You are both very thoughtful people and I'm glad I got to "sit in" on this discussion. :)
My all time favourite fitness couple! Supporting each other is really sweet! Happy birthday to Jeef! Have a great year ahead!
I thoroughly enjoy watching and sensing the dynamic of your relationship. There's such a good and sincere energy between you. If you're thinking about making more videos like this, doubt no more. Please go ahead and do it!
Today's my birthday and I've already eaten so much and you've helped me a lot along the way. I also have trouble getting full as I also have extreme hunger after a year of restricting, but being able to eat today without fear has been lovely and i've noticed my weight gain has finally plateau'd and i get full after eating a normal amount of food vs binging. Love you lots Steph. I love seeing you and your All In journey more than I can explain 💕💕💕
Amy Dam happy Birthday!
@@itzel2895 thank you so much!!! this means a lot💞💞
This is one of the most relatable video I've seen so far related to my recovery from anorexia! I'm fully recovered now and I've noticed how I was also kind of going 'all in' without realizing and have now found my middle point(while gaining weight to bulk) love your videos Stephanie! ♥️♥️
