I’m curious how it would hold up flying… would tsa somehow mess up the vacuum? Would the non pressurized plane storage mess it up?
We're testing this at this very moment! Will report when we land.
Just got back from a trip to Kodiak. We used the KOR insert for a rifle, shotgun, and a couple of pistols. Worked great! No issues whatsoever between 7 different planes.
Needs to be integrated into the case on both sides and attached to the case so that you can close the case and then vacuum from the outside top and bottom then open the case and have it formed on both sides until you want to change it up again.

It worked fine on seven flights and a bunch of boats from Arizona to Kodiak and back, so I don't think it needs any changing at all. It's made to work with a case you already have.
@@westernhunter I guess I just kind of prefer works better to works fine.
None of the rifles or optics moved or took any damage. Hard to get much better than that! Seems like a rifle case either works or it doesn't. When they make one that pours a glass of whiskey for us too, we'll be there to review it.
