It's been a wet and gloomy Autumn week here in the remote countryside on one of Japan's Southern islands.
We tend to buy raw coffee beans and then roast them ourselves here at home.Recently,we've discovered how to make a delicious dessert using our fresh coffee,homemade coffee jelly!
Yumi prepared a tasty Omu Rice Bento Lunch for all of us to enjoy.She also made some adjustments to a lovely Yukata dress for our Daughter Mia who will be performing a dance routine soon wearing a traditional Kimono!
We spent a relaxing day at the beach,got to surf some fun waves and enjoyed a tasty Pasta dinner using fresh local Prawn followed by those delicious coffee Jelly!
