自分も“豚まんやあんまん” を作ろうと思ったことが何度かあるのですが、あんまんを食べたい冬の時期に1次発酵、２次発酵が難しく、かと言って普段あまり使わない 発酵機能が付いた電子レンジに買い替えるものなぁ～・・・あればあったで、スイーツや料理のレパートリーが増えて楽しいけど・・・　と言うことで未だにあんまんや豚まんを作ったことがありません😪　 先日、大きいさつま芋(紅はるか)を１つを買いました。これで石垣もち(こっちでは石垣もち、全国的には“鬼まんじゅう”をいうらしい)を久しぶりに作ろうと思います。でも・・・今日はサーターアンダギーを作ります。これを食べながら“鬼平犯科帳”を見ます！😁

砂糖を入れる時、塩を少し入れると餡子の甘さが引き立ち、砂糖の量も減らせて美味しくなります。 ご存知でしたらすみません🙇

映像を見るとゆっくりと時間が流れる平穏な日々のように感じますが、実際はキツイ仕事もありそう！😂 前回の動画でみたらし団子🍡を作ってましたが、沖縄のスイーツ「サーターアンダギー🧆」を作ってみてはどうでしょうか？日本のスイーツは、お菓子やケーキなどと違い余分な添加物や脂質などが少なく、手作りだと尚 安心だと思います。 サーターアンダギーは意外と簡単に作れるし、白糖の代わりにてんさい糖や黒糖、インスタントコーヒーを混ぜてコーヒー風味、サラダ油に替えとかしバターを！できあがりに砂糖をまぶしたあまぁ～～いサンターアンダギー　などいろいろバリエーションが楽しめるので、ぜひお子さん👧と一緒に作ってみては、と思います！ べんとうにも小さめのサーターアンダギー(＆ﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄ)が入っているとお弁当が楽しくなると思いますし、たぶんワンコも喜ぶ🐱と思います！

For the saline solution I use something like and Energade bottle which has a small nozzle you can simply squirt the solution into your nose, works very well.

With all the overgrowing greenery from garden, grass, branches cut down from time to time you could start a quality compost heap very easily. The farm would love it. And maybe later on the chicken as well searching it for (non-centipede) bugs. 😉

いつも楽しく拝見してます。でもチューナーで見ると標準で韓国語字幕になります。調整したら日本語字幕になるんですけど他の動画見てもずっと日本語字幕になり又調整しなければなりません。普通に日本語字幕に出来ないのでしょうか？ちなみに携帯では日本語字幕です。
