my goal is to first fully understand this. I know this is not someone who is just making this up as they go along. this is math and physics merged with human anatomy and I'm fascinated by it. Slings working together to transfer force to perfection. Just started the 10 week course. will get here eventually.

Hey I was checking out your website and it’s not clear what all will be required to perform these exercises. Seems like quite a bit of equipment may be required. Looking for ways to do things like this at home.

As a practitioner I can say Doesn’t take much to get a lot of different moves in. Two dumbbells and a medicine ball can get plenty done.

Today I learned about this practice. I've watched a few of your videos so far and am amazed at how you can move your body. Would this be a good program to learn for a severely obese person? Or is it more people that already have some fitness level but need the extra push?

i thought the same. My only theory is that he was giving out too much information that required prior knowledge. Alot of fp exercieses can be damaing if executed carelessly. like anything else. lets say someone found a tutorial for an advanced exercise, but had terrible posture, and tried to perform such exercise with terrible posture. It would lead to pain not gain. they would give said person a negative opinion on FP
