What an awesome video- dozens of mace movements that I never even dreamed existed! Thank you for this, I’ll be incorporating a few of the more basic ones into my training this week!
Straight to the point no bla bla ! Exercises are excecuted beautifully at the top level 🤌 fucking hell man you are a beast 🤝😎 Im a rookie 😂 just bought me a macebell 6kg
Did my first macebell workout today and I’m hooked. Such an amazing workout that targets so many areas with a single tool. Great video! I can’t wait to try some of these moves out!!!
@@bullishtingles1384 Great question! Some go-to's are: Ballistic 360, Alt. Single Arm 360 to Front/Reverse/Side Lunge, 360 to Squat Thrusters, Dual 360s, and then when feeling extra energized, Rotational Side Swings and the burpee variations (but be careful with these!)
To echo many of the other commenters, these are some awesome exercises! In particular at 7:30 min, you do what you call the back switch- please do a tutorial video on that 1 move... that looks dope! I want to master that!
The 15lb mace was used for most of the video but a 10 pound mace was used for several exercises like the dual single arm swings. When watching the video you should be able to see the difference in size now that I’ve pointed it out.
Hi Austin, which particular exercise are you referring to? If you are asking about 360s and 10 to 2s, we wrote an article on what muscles it works: www.setforset.com/blogs/news/steel-mace-360-10-to-2-muscles-worked
First, sorry about my English. I am argentine. Then, excelent number of variations... but... Is nor better make a video with a couple of exercises explaining the muscles impacted? Regards and thanks.
Okay, I've watched a bazillion mace videos. This is my new favorite. Comprehensive and concise. Thank you, sir!

@@SETFORSET what is the weight of your bell ?
@@sumandas9487 This was a 10lb mace
Excellent
i watched them all, and i think if i had to pick only one, it would be the 360 skier jacks. looks cool plus seems to hit a lot of areas.
Good video👍👍
What is the weight of the mace used
Oh, oh, I love this tuto.
This is so helpful ❤️❤️🙏
Awesome!! The best of a lot of videos!! Thanks for your work!! 😳👍🏻
Best macebell video
Thanks!
Can i do these same exercises with a clubell?
This guy is fucking killing it
Totally. Talk about clean form.
How much it weighs..?
Some of the exercises were done with a 10LB mace, but most a 15 pounder.
Great. Workout. Appreciated..But from where you got the names of these exercises?
Great video 👍🏽
What is the weight used? Do you think the single hand work can be done with 7kg?
The 15lb mace was used for most of the video but a 10 pound mace was used for several exercises like the dual single arm swings. When watching the video you should be able to see the difference in size now that I’ve pointed it out.
This guy is really good! What’s his name/channel?
That's one of our founders, Sam Coleman. You can find more of his content on this channel and our website.
I would like to learn how to do around the world
I'm confused on what muscles this works. Forearms and shoulders, but do you feel it in your lats as well?

Dang!
Best out
What is the diff between the halo and 360?
The 360 is performed holding the handle, the halo is performed holding the macebell.
Anyone else smash their Achilles on the all around the world lol. Fun times, got it down now

🔥
❤
Looks like a 15 pound mace !?
Yes sir! Most of the moves were done with a 15LB mace.
lbs? kg?
Our maces our sold in lbs, to get the weight in kilos, divide by 2.2
I wanted to try the kneeling swings but realized I'm not remotely tall enough to not clip my legs 💀
nobody will rememeber all this to do consistently for 1 month.
360 and 10to2 are the only exercises here.
everything else is extra movement of body.
1-Swing gada everyday
2-Keep arthritis away
comooooooon standing 360, kneeling 360, halfkneeling 360..... 270.... Not cool!!
You got this!
Stupid unnecessary variations. One can do so many athletic/dynamic movements using a mace rather than just standing there doing rudimentary stuff.
@Kiran Parmar just search functional patterns caveman workout you'll see
