It’s cool when they show training with some massive mace, but it’s equally cool to see the use of some more less “overwhelming “ tools in order to start when you’re still not yet ready

You and Mark Wildman are THE top tier sources of knowledge for clubs and maces and I am very happy I fond both of you. I just recently (about a month) picked up an Adex Arc and if it wasn't because of you two I would be a very injured and clueless individual.

I swear that the universe and the yt algorithm are working together. I've been using my clubbells again and tried to order a tactfit mace before learning that Rmax was selling them on Amazon. But I at least did see that Scott was alive and well. (Yeah, I was that out of loop😅) Then my mind remembers a person. A woman? The woman on the clubbell book cover and in the dvd set I watched a million times? What was her name? hmmmm....Can't remember but I let it go. I go to work, come home and open yt only to find this is in my recommended list. Great to see that she is doing well and is as strong as ever. Great video, very informative.

This is a kind of interesting clash of culture Chanel … What age group and political side did you think would listen to your channel when you first began? … I mean you are dressed like a hippie yoga vegan feminist girl… One would think men hating young white women come to listen to you from the concept presented… But in reality, most of the people in the discussions here in the comments that actually care to watch you and follow this are middle age men to very old men over 60 years old that find it fun to see a young woman doing exercises for them for free!… that is the reality … Just saying, is an interesting clash of social media culture going on here! And is not a negative thing! is great! But it does not seem like it ever was your original plan… So, just curious at this clash of old dudes and young chicks going on here! have a nice weekend 😘 I’ll be watching you! 🤫😎

      Hey there,
I’ve been teaching seminars globally since 2011, and also own and operate a full service movement studio called Flow Shala (www.FlowShala.com). Our clients range in age, gender, fitness level and political views. This outfit is handmade by a friend of mine, and I’m not vegan.
My goal with these videos is clarity, education and empowerment.
Different Channels attract different people, but I’ve met many students who enroll into my 100 hour Steel Mace Vinyasa Teacher Training (men and women) because they’ve watched these free videos and want to master coaching flow.
      Good day !!

      Hey Malcom,
As a fitness professional who provides the one of the most comprehensive online live virtual coaching for steel mace and functional movement on the market, my suggestion would be to go to my website and look into getting started with a coach. You can only take yourself so far with watching movement videos. If you have compensation patterns that cause asymmetries, the best way to actually improve is to hire a professional to educate you and provide the correct mobility and functional movement programming for you.
