I swear that the universe and the yt algorithm are working together. I've been using my clubbells again and tried to order a tactfit mace before learning that Rmax was selling them on Amazon. But I at least did see that Scott was alive and well. (Yeah, I was that out of loop😅) Then my mind remembers a person. A woman? The woman on the clubbell book cover and in the dvd set I watched a million times? What was her name? hmmmm....Can't remember but I let it go. I go to work, come home and open yt only to find this is in my recommended list. Great to see that she is doing well and is as strong as ever. Great video, very informative.

      Hey Malcom,
As a fitness professional who provides the one of the most comprehensive online live virtual coaching for steel mace and functional movement on the market, my suggestion would be to go to my website and look into getting started with a coach. You can only take yourself so far with watching movement videos. If you have compensation patterns that cause asymmetries, the best way to actually improve is to hire a professional to educate you and provide the correct mobility and functional movement programming for you.
