@@likeicareusewe after you beat the first bounty, that guy appears, he’s basically a roaming secret “boss” because he’s level 46. Finally beat him the other day. 😅
Beat him first second time around. My group was somewhat fresh from grand cathedral level 40. We beat him by buffing hulkenberg and having her use the strongest spear attack she could for her knight class. Did some serious damage.
Honestly this was my first game in the press turn system but even on hard mode I did not really consider the game hard. I mean it maybe because I am a JRPG vet in general but Gallica's sight really helped me gauge out fights I should take or avoid for later, I never took unnecessary risks and had quite the comfortable progression throughout the game. My endgame team setup was also pretty broken which allowed me to 1 or 2 shot bosses in just 2 turns. The only time I died were times I forgot to switch party members or archetypes, so I allowed the enemy to kill me because I did not want to waste MP. My endgame team was:- 1) Hero - Warlord (buff team attack weapon + Rebellion inherit) 2) Strohl - Royal Warrior (Crit DMG and rate enhancing gear + Charge inherit) 3) Junah - Royal Dancer (Fire Resist and Fire atk buff Gear + Dekaja, Vidyartha and Hyper inherit) 4) Hulkenberg - Royal Knight (Holy Proclamation spam + Dekunda and Medica inherit) Rotation:- Turn 1 Hero - Formation of Vigor Junah - back row + hellfire dance Strohl - back row + charge Hulkenberg - back row+ Holy Proclamation Turn 2 Hero - Rebellion on Strohl Junah - Vidyartha Strohl - Front Row + Peerless Stonecleaver Synthesis Each rotation on crit nets around 20k+ DMG or 12k on non crit. You can spam hyper+fire spell on enemies with Junah as well if you need extra damage and turns.
you're lucky, finished with hero lvl 77, saviour junah, basilio berserker (normal) and Hulkenberg Royal Knight each rotation I needed an opportunity to crit and weak point the right mask (left one) with wanton destruction synergy (berserker) for 2,5k dmg weak, 1,5 standard for the end of the battles (about 30-45 mins) I was out of consummables out of MP, final boss had one or two pixels of hp left... 2 turns left, if the turn ends he will soul scream my ass, on my item bad had a 250dmg allmighty left, it was my last hope. and he collapsed, I almost passed out.
@grocam3 I 4 turned Louis final phase with 2 Peerless Stonecleaver 💀. Also Charge + Hassou Tobi, and Hyper + Ruin's flamethrower pretty much trivialised the entire mask phase of the final boss.
@@kimetsunoacademia3528 both ways were kinda anticlimatic then, either the frustration of a too easy one, or a too hard. most of final bosses required like 2-3 tries at best, for Final Fantasies at least, this one had such a difficulty gap that it went insane, but in the end even with a clumsy group and inventory, you manage ! I think the devs were right on that point it needed to be hard.

@@chrismoser9719 Don't think I will be able to fight him if I am level 78 without any trouble xD.
you can cheese most enemies that use AoE magic with hulkenbergs magic guard
I beat the game and this video made me realize I never went back to at least kill this chicken
Only doing 100 damage on a weakness should have been your que to run

Didn't know about this!
Even if you win it doesn't give you that much of xp
Lol, that happens a lot 😂

One of the first things the game tells you is you can dodge... did you read anything?? Lmao
That's how we do things here. Roll? This ain't no dark souls or zelda, lads. Turn based chads here
