@@cardboardbox4093 shoji is literally the king of hard hitting final boss themes that use leitmotifs from other major songs from the game, i love the bits of Rival Candidates in there too.
I think More's battle theme is my fav. Like, as extremely clear as it was that it was a scripted battle with little to no risk of defeat, it was so cool to face off against More. I fully expected him to be like a NG+ bonus boss like the Velvet Room attendants in Persona.
I guess, but the whole soundtrack is banger. For a first game with a new style of ost i think they showed their stuff. Since we are all smt and persona gamers, we are used to banger osts. metaphors style is quite different, they probably didn't want to sink too much into unique battle tracks yet. Since metaphor is successful though, it's looking up. Also, you know they are going to release another version of metaphor in 2 or so years right? No way they don't do ReRePhantazio, and you know the ost will be expanded and everything.
