I think we all hoped this moment would come: Vanquish Products has released their first ready to run RC vehicle with the VS4-10 Phoenix!
Featuring a lot of components that previous owners are familiar with, the Phoenix RTR comes in a ready-built, very complete state. this latest offering from Vanquish features an entirely new electronics setup carrying the Vanquish brand, among them a 2.4Ghz radio system that features 4 channels, a 200 oz-inch metal gear steering servo, a 3 cell LiPo ready ESC and a 35T brushed motor. You can unlock the full potential of the famous VFD Twin transmission by adding two additional servos to operate the dig and the selectable overdrive. The radio system is fully prepared to deal with anything you can throw at it.
The straight F10 axles boast some high entrance pinion gears, an easy to build and maintain cradle for the ring and pinion gear, oversized bearings and chromoly axleshafts. 47 degrees of steering angle in the front assures a tight turning radius and the 6.5% overdrive that you find stock can even be elevated to 46% with the optional servo installed. An off-center front pumpkin and centered rear make ensure a realistic look, while also giving the Vanquish VS4-10 Phoenix one of the most level, balanced drivetrains on the market.
In this video I give you a full run down of all the specifications and features of this truck, that in my opinion will set a new benchmark for RTR RC trucks. The Vanquish VS4-10 is very complete and sets the bar just a bit higher, creating some very interesting challenges for the competition to deal with in years to come.

You said exactly what I was thinking about a 6th scale possibility. We shall see. If Vanquish did release a 6th scale, I'd be a sucker and get one or two for sure.

(1:40) ...(Joy) costs money. Not "every"- one, especially most RC enthusiasts can afford a NEW RC, (every video), nor are we "given" one, so remember that. 🤨 Life is hard, for most people right now, and "we", only have the golden opportunity to pull off a new sticker, off of a new toy once a year, if life goes "right" !!!! 💪🇺🇸

    • @hemistormrc
      @hemistormrc  Рік тому

I’m not sure what you are trying to say. The RTR is a very valid offering for those who do not enjoy to build or paint, or even those new to the hobby. I think the more seasoned hobbyist gets more joy out of building a kit and adding their own electronics, possible connecting it to a radio they already own. Have a great weekend! 😊👍🏼

    Hey Chris,
    thx for your awesome vid!
Btw where did you buy yours?
I got mine from Amain Hobbies...
Would you by any chance know if there are any European import companies/ RC Online shops where someone could buy products like Vanquish or Redcat...or let's say CrossRC? It's actually a bit costly with the extra customs fees...like more than 100 bucks like for most RTR Cars/ Trucks from overseas...
    What's your experience???
Thx in advance 🙏 and looking forward for more Vanquish VS4-10 Phoenix Straight Axle RTR "Upgrades"...
Cheers & Greets from Germany 👋

... So "what" is wrong with the concept !?
      - I am very curious. This RC Crawler segment is more about "detail" & focuses on "driving techniques", so I recommend test driving a standard stock crawler, (and) also a modified high quality version, a few times, before committing a minimum of (on avg.) of $500 to $800, to start. 🤔...
      - Let us know !! Thanks, Happy hunting !!
      ... Best hobby "ever" !!!! 👌 💪🇺🇸

@@paulschryer9571 I enjoy building more than taking them out. Currently building a 1/5 scale stadium truck. Nothing wrong with the concept it’s just no one that has really interested me before but after watching this series of videos I quite like the idea of building the kit rather than scratch building which is what I’m doing with the stadium truck
