Quite possibly the best RTR on the Market ! One I can recommend to anyone without regret having personal experience with Vanquish and nothing but JOY 🥳🥳🥳
22:40 Throttle EXP is something totally new to me so this video has helped me understand it a bit more. I am setting up my step-dad's Vanquish RTR right now and this will help him a lot so he doesn't roll his new baby to quickly while crawling! We are both new to this model of RC and so far it seems to be a super cool rig!! Thanks for making this in depth video! It has helped a lot! ✌🙂
It's nice that they came in under $500 but it would have been a lot sweeter if it came with one of the two extra servos needed for The Dig or selectable overdrive. Now I'm not complaining because it does come with a pretty sweet radio.😁All smiles here.
The HobbyWing 555 brushed motor is a perfect upgrade for this Phoenix crawler. Fits perfectly. No cutting, No grinding required. Plus the power and torque of a 550 Sized motor 👍
Looks like Vanquish is finally going after the mass market. This is a rig you can comp right out of the box! No upgrades needed! The speed of the servo looks scale while having the power you need! Great first look!
Thank you for going over the transmitter, I noticed mine was a lil jerky on the throttle out of the box. Your review was the only one that covered I found
This makes me happy. 🤗 As did my package from ya yesterday! Buddy I gifted the tool to was excited and can’t wait to paint up those Bodies and get a CCXRC sticker on em 👊🏼
Tony I always love seeing that 18 wheeler there. I drive truck and one day I will own one of those in the hobby. Just hard to find some already pre-built for sale. One day 👊🏻
He man, I thought this channel was strictly SCX24? ;-D Thank you for being so dedicated to all that you do for the entire world of RC CRAWLING. Enjoy life to the fullest! Peace...
Nice review! Can this also be ran on the street and sand? Crawling is cool but I’m also wondering what the top speed is on the street. Anyone know? Thanks!
New to RC, picked up a grey RTR Phoenix. Trying to figure out how to set up dig and OD servos and which channel to use for each. Wish the transmitter manual had explanations for the different functions - I've figured out EPA is end point adjustment and EXP sets a curve for how fast or slow you want, but ABS isn't air bag system and SVC isn't slow vertical crawl. Not sure what they do yet.
I guess I need to pay more attention to upcoming releases. That looks really good for an RTR for sure. Heck it looks good for some custom builds I have seen. But, I just received my Trailrunner yesterday. I guess I will be different and be the IFS guy for now.
I just bought the scx10 3 build kit over the phoenix build kit. I should have waited cause I still need a motor servos to even get it running than a reciever. Crazy. I've been debating on getting the straight axels also not sure what I want to run yet?
Thanks for sharing Tony, I like it I would like to park one next to my pro. I wanna get to reaction Hobby so bad one of these days I will, well until next time peace and chicken grease 😁👍👍😎
@@CCxRC ok thanks. I thought maybe it had to do with the course and the size of the scale they allow. I don’t know much about competitive rock crawling. Do you know if 1/10 scale is the most common used for competition?
At the price point, almost $500.. it should come with all the other missing servos all ready installed.. The TRx4 is the same price with all 3 servos installed right out of the box..
Quite a bit. The RTR is based off the VS4-10 Phoenix. The VS4-10 pro has aluminum axles. The VS4--10 Phoenix kit has different tires, an interior, and rear lexan pieces
I had this version uploading but didn’t make the 11a release so I dropped the other one. This has video showing the overdrive and correcting the 43% OD with text on screen to say 46% like the box says. I was using numbers I had been told. I won’t say by who so as not to throw them under the bus. But you may notice someone else use my original numbers in their video 😂
I'm not trying to be a butt head at all who started the thing of pool in the clear stuff off I don't get it I don't get what's So Satisfied about fit LOL apparently there are channels that just do that they just pulled the Saran Wrap we're protected and people sitting watching it's the craziest thing I've ever seen

I think so. The features are great and the radio takes it to another level
Yes,Sir! You‘re so right!👍👍👍😎
hello
As usual, Vanquish raises the bar of the RTR world. Looking at you Axial and Element. ;p
Lol I’m digging element not axial so much
Best RC purchase I have made this year. I have put about 30 5000 mah batteries through it so far. It is so much fun.

I agree and they came out swinging. So many good things right out of the box...with more to be turned on with a few servos
Yup some of us hav no time 2 build. This is a must have thank u 4 sharing

Ahhh so this is the controller you couldn’t fully show us on the live stream! 😂 looks pretty awesome, great review Tony 👍🏻
Yup. It's a pretty awesome remote for an RTR. The whole thing was a pleasant experience from opening the box to the first runs.
This makes me happy. 🤗
As did my package from ya yesterday! Buddy I gifted the tool to was excited and can’t wait to paint up those

Just ordered a portal kit, looking forward to this 1/10 crawler
Long love the King 👑. I was so hoping the King Reviewed this RTR first.
It's coming... :)
Heck ya wat parts r u gana make 4 us 2 put up grades with ur logo?
I think it is really cool of vanquish to have supplied a Radio/receiver that could handle the two extra servos.
And at an extremely competitive price point!
hello
I got a Vanquish at Christmas as my first RC in 30 years. I enjoyed the build but this would have been the kit I purchased if it was available then!
Um, another for the collection. Great video, as always Tony. Thanks mate. John
Have fun RC ing. Great video Tony thanks. That thing might just get me into the tenth scale game. 😮
It's pretty fantastic right out of the box
This is going to smash the RTR market for sure.
Such a great RTR they did a great job on it.
Tony I always love seeing that 18 wheeler there. I drive truck and one day I will own one of those in the hobby. Just hard to find some already pre-built for sale. One day 👊🏻
Thanks for the review, I'm not sure if I was more impressed with the truck and it's performance or the remote!
they both a show stoppers :)
So good. I have like 3 Vanquishes, Pro, Phoenix (straight and portal versions) and now I’m tempted to get this.
He man, I thought this channel was strictly SCX24? ;-D Thank you for being so dedicated to all that you do for the entire world of RC CRAWLING. Enjoy life to the fullest! Peace...
Super cool, yeah I’m here watching

Super cool they did it I'm definitely going to get one of those. Awesome video
Your reviews kick ass! Thank you!
This has become my next one to get.

I am going to pick one up this week what battery do you think one should get been running a 2C on my wraith should I go 3C???
Awesome. I’m now regretting the last couple rigs I bought. lol Damn my lack of patience! 😂

Great review and tutorial.. best review yet
Can you add a different body to it?
Guess its time for us to finally buy a Vanquish
Is there a manual for the remote?
So Left is Right and Right is Left with steering reverse set to OFF?
Depends which way is up and down
Thanks for sharing Tony, I like it I would like to park one next to my pro. I wanna get to reaction Hobby so bad one of these days I will, well until next time peace and chicken grease 😁👍👍😎
what does the RCKing think of it?
He has words to say about it
Very informative, thank you! 👍✌️
I was gonna buy it but they didn’t have any in stock at hobby town
The radio for a RTR looks nice. I wonder who is the OEM? I haven’t seen a RTR remote with a screen on it. Yeah?
Even wltoys has one lol
Your review is ok but what does the King think of it?
You’ll have to watch that video. It’s up
Why did you have to sneak it on to the course?
Because it hadn’t been announced yet. It was still a secret. I had an early one to do a release video
@@CCxRC ok thanks. I thought maybe it had to do with the course and the size of the scale they allow. I don’t know much about competitive rock crawling. Do you know if 1/10 scale is the most common used for competition?

What is the difference in the rtr an the vs 410 pro?
Quite a bit. The RTR is based off the VS4-10 Phoenix. The VS4-10 pro has aluminum axles. The VS4--10 Phoenix kit has different tires, an interior, and rear lexan pieces
RtR Heck YA. NOW WER TALKING. helloooo From V&B speed. SWEET RIG 😊📣Now it needs some CCXRC Brass
Is ther a two speed transmission u can make 4 this since it needs it??and ur own brand motor brushless thank you😊🍻
Also there first RTR, so you are Right!! So what's it like in Hog Heaven🐷🐖
Exactly! 😂 hog heaven is full of bacon!!!
2WD is good for trails as well.
Why is sbc on the side but not ccxrc and wdw? I call foul.
Waiting for The RCKing to weigh in on it.
He already did a video on it.
Nice at lest the tires seam to be better
The tires were definitely hooking up
Great RTR crawler! They should have went with the Hobbywing 1080 esc and priced it at $499.00
now are you going to change up to the mayhem now?
It would be nice if they had a different body . Vanquish has the worts body for comps they are to tall and boxy
I this will by my first Vanquish rig!!! What happened to your first upload??? It said Vid unavailable!!! Freaking YT!!!!

@@CCxRC You rock brother!!!!🤘🤘🤘
Wonder why🤔
Hate those little pins esp the front one. TRX bronco clip system should be industry standard. Otherwise a great truck at a great deal.
A metal pan hard mount!
Aight y’all other RC RTR makers - pay attention! Ha.
dude!! seriously!!!🎉
are you first review?
One of the first
@@CCxRC you killed it, very fair review
Hell Ya RTR. Now its got my Attention, have 2 see if it got shiped in
