I was bored by this movie. I was hyped to see the Ten Rings. And each power of each ring. That never happened. This is a decent movie. It had a lot of potential. Guardians of the Galaxy was more popular than Shang Chi. At least to my knowledge. Because although yes they weren't popular or known with general audiences, I've seen them in both Earth Mightiest Heroes and Ultimate Spider-man. I completely agree with your review I think. I think. I don't get what's so great about Mandarin here. But I've only really seen awkwafina in crazy rich Asians so I didn't get your hate but then you mentioned it. She was really good in this movie. I liked her. Nothing remarkable but eh. Shang Chi could've been pretty great, the plot is pretty great but the execution wasn't really lmao but his sister was probably my favorite character and the most interesting.
They sure did promise us The Mandarin for 9 years and kill him immediately, before he even got to meet Iron Man. They also killed Iron Man. Marvel doesn't give a fuck about Iron Man.
