    Not a recommendation for the beer side of things but, when cooking the wings in the air fryer get 2/3 of the cook done on a lower temp and then ramp it up high for the last 1/3 and you should get a much crispier wing and if you've got a glazer/marinade you'll get some nice caramelisation.
    And if you've got a pressure cooker.. well, giving them a first cook in a soy/mirin/chicken stock mix will change your world :p

    Brats are good in beer, you can also make a light beer batter with 50 % beer 50% flour or combination of flour and bread crumbs. Fish and shrimp are good cooked this way

    I do like a mucky bang. Brine? Gose then surely? Although really want some bourbon barrel aged brown ale.
