Did you know there are 10 shows you can see on both the West End and Broadway BUT ticket prices vary wildly? Here's my analysis 🎭💸ua-cam.com/video/iAWhc0-KPMo/v-deo.htmlsi=R23UC2z2Fz5cg8nv
Love this video! Wicked is amazing! Seen Lion King, Mamma Mia, Cabaret and Moulin Rouge (in the can can seats), Grease & Dirty Dancing - All were fantastic ❤
Oh amazing! You’ve seen them all 😍 these are some great shows! So glad to hear you’ve enjoyed them so much! Thank you for checking my videos, much appreciated ☺️
my favs....lion king, back to the future, tina, book of mormon and mama mia....witness to the prosecution is a play thats different but had me on the egde of my seat so would recommend as its inside a beautiful courtroom
Love this!! Thanks so much for sharing - I haven’t seen some of them so will check them out. And yesss Witness for the Prosecution is good, I’ve heard too. 😊
Love your recommendations! I'm a big theatreperson my channel is all about it. I think my favorite thing ive seen this year was newsies. I know it technically not on the west end and is not one your list, but it was soooo good. Wicked is timeless too, I agree Stephen Shwartz is a genius!
Thank youuu! ☺️ so interesting you say that as someone I know went to see Newsies and wasn’t that impressed so put me off a bit, but might try and check it out before they close later this month. Ahh and Wicked is one of my all time favourites! 💚
Between Moulin rouge and Harry Potter pls advice which one should I go for. With my 16 yr old son and wife. Only problem with Harry Potter is it seems too long. I think 5 hours?
If you are Harry Potter fans, then the play is a must see - it’s so good! But you’re right, it’s split in two parts and it’s just under 3 hours each (with intermissions) so you need to dedicate a whole day to it. Moulin Rouge is amazing too, lasts just under 3 hours and it has some famous songs so it could be a more entertaining watch if you aren’t Potterheads. I’ve actually included a more detailed review for Moulin Rouge in this video if that’s helpful: ua-cam.com/video/vsVvhqlWSw4/v-deo.html ☺️ let me know if you have any other questions, happy to help! Whichever you go for you will have a fabulous time!
What if one wants to go to the theatre? Not interested in “ shows “. My idea of a good evening in the theatre is some people talking on the stage. No mikes. Great writing. Incredible actors. Not mindless spectacle.
There are plenty of amazing plays which aren’t musicals (if that’s what you’re referring to). I’d recommend checking out the National Theatre and their productions, or something like the Mousetrap (London’s longest running play) or The Crucible.

Wicked is too long, has too many plotholes, and has one good song. Wasn't a fan.

@@KristinaEmilyOfficial you lost me with the Mousetrap recommendation, obviously I have stumbled into the wrong discussion.
