can i use 16gb of extra ram instead of 8gb?
I have this laptop but with the smaller battery and besides it I have an empty 2.5 inch bay. I want to put a 2.5" SSD there, but there is no SATA connector, it's just an empty bay. How can I do this, should I buy some sort of cable or SATA to m.2 adapter?
I'm interested to know this as well, I have been looking around and can't find any answer to this question
Can you please specify how many lanes do each nvme slot has because I cant find this information.
can you plz confirm whether the 2nd ssd slot will also support m.2 sata ssd?
Shouldn’t we disconnect the battery first for safety?
You can but its not really necessary its not going to power unless you press the power button plus you really shouldn't touch anything in there.
if your just changing out ram and ssd then no. striping it down to clean fans etc or repasting then big yes.
Is the bbattery replaceable? And for the 45wh version can we exchange it with the 90?
For upgrading the ssd? Will the warranty be voided?
Is this the model with Ryzen 4600h 8GB RAM, 256SSD & GTX 1650?
Is there additional slot for SSD NVME m.2?
There are a total of 2 SSD slots in the Asus Tuf A15. There can be a possible 3rd SATA SSD slot depending on the type of battery you have.
Does warranty gets void doing upgrades ?
