  • Sistaco nail powder is so easy to apply and does not require you to be good at keeping in the lines like you do with polish or gel. Here is a quick simple tutorial on how to apply the Sistaco nail system/powder.

    I’m SO happy I found this video! I’ve really struggled the two ti es I’ve used my kit and now I know why!
    I have been putting the base coat on way too thick, and for my colors I’ve been using the stamper sponge, which I do not recommend for beginners because I’ve been putting the powders on entirely too thick too 🤦🏻‍♀️
    Also, I’ve been doing 5 fingers with the base coat, curing it, then putting powders on, top top & curing it, etc… then moving onto to the other hand.
    I think doing each finger individually would not not take any longer and the results would be perfect!
    First thing I’m going to do is order me that brush because the sponge is not a good choice for someone like me who isn’t good with nails to begin with 😂
    Thank you x1000 for doing this video!
    I finally understand now! 😉

      @@catherine3765 thank you for your comment, it really is better to do thin coats and I prefer the brush to apply and only use the sponge to rub in the chrome colours on top of the top coat. I do the thumb separately but I do the other four together if that helps 💕

      Congratulations I’m sure you will have a lot of fun practicing and improving your application. It does take practice for sure. If you can master doing a thin coat of base coat and not getting any on the skin or cuticles the rest is easy 😊

    I used this method and the colour didn't stay on my nails for even 24 hours.
    I'd definitely refer to the leaflet in your kit as it stays on for literally weeks.

      his is me I did this months ago and it stayed on for a week. However have done it three times in the past week or so and so did my daughter but it started to chip off the same night I am so frustrated. I wonder if the top and or bottom coats on last a few months. I came here to watch this again and see if I m doing something wrong b ut I am not.

      If you apply two coats, so use base again after the first application then apply more powder, the one coat is for a short wear. I have had mine on over two weeks

      You can use the sponge tip to apply also, I prefer using the brush side to apply. The sponge tip is great for rubbing in the chrome colours over the top of the top coat. I have another video called sistaco chrome tip French look that shows you how to use the pad side

      @@differentislonely6520 thank you for your comment, that’s odd that it took the powder off, my only thought on that is maybe it wasn’t cured properly? How long did you cure the top coat for? The alcohol wipe should not remove any polish.

    This stuff won't make my nails peel? Standard fingernail polish kills my nails!

    • @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952
      @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952  3 місяці тому

      Hello, apologies for the late reply, I did not get notified of your comment until I logged in to repost. I'm not sure what you mean by peel? Do you mean that your natural nails peel using regular nail polish?
      Any type of gel polish should not make your nails peel as long as the polish is on the nail, but it can cause damage to the nail if you pick or peel it off, it needs to be removed properly and with patience.

    Wouldn’t be good inhaling the fine powder I wouldn’t think, but if anyone has had any success how long does it stay on.

    • @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952
      @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952  3 роки тому +1

      The powder is actually very fine and you only use a tiny bit, I don’t find it goes up my nose at all and I haven’t heard anyone else say it does either but if you were really worried about that you could always where a mask while applying. It stays on really well, although that depends on the application, it can take some practice for some people. I’ve had it last up to 3 weeks and sometimes only 1 so there’s no definite timeline. Some colours also stay on better than others too. I just consider it like a long wearing polish 😊

      That’s very strange, maybe the nail
      Had too much natural oil still or maybe the application was too thick? Try again with very thin layers and see how you go. Maybe wipe the nail with 70% alcohol before you start too.

    It worked for me the first time I used this product, and if I had written a review then, it would have been positive. However, the next two colours I used had almost a latex type of finish and I could peel the polish off, like a rubber substance, not impressed at all. The fourth time I used this product I had a significant allergic reaction to something. You could see the poison pustula under the skin and red and swollen finger pads under the nails, which were extremely sore. Some independent reviews have said the same thing. Buyer beware!

    • @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952
      @ezynailsbyrachaellee8952  3 роки тому +3

      I’m sorry you had that experience, I guess some people can’t use the product. I have used it on my sister in law who can’t wear gel polish, acrylic or most other things and she has had no reactions at all.
      There is a huge group of ladies who post their results which are all positive so I guess you really do have to try it and see how you go with it. I have only heard of a small percentage of people having reactions compared the majority who love the product. There have been some ladies who struggle with the application and it could be the natural oils in your nails that are making it peel off or maybe it hasn’t cured enough….there could be many reasons.
      Thanks for your honest review
      It’s good to have feedback though because it won’t be for everyone.
