    And add point no.6 Thank me later ( never eat late night not after 7pm ) because late night eating will never give you results no matter you are following keto or any other diet. I lost from 126kg to 75kg with this habit.

      I lost 40 kg in 6 months trough Dr waseem' team i used to eat my last meal an hour before sleep..
      If you are in caloric deficit and eating proper diet and exercise surely u will get results, dont just focus on early eating (with due respect)

      This is bullshit and not practical lol, I have lost 40kg by staying in a caloric deficit and by eating my last meal an hour before sleeping. Just because you lost weight by unintentionally staying in a deficit and skipping your meals, doesn't mean you know what you're talking about.

    Great information,
    One question perhaps a myth,
    A couple of years ago, one of my friend advised me not to perform strenght/weight trainning, because in this way your heart muscles will increase, heart size will increase and unltimately resulting into heart attack?

    Mere kidneys ma stone ho gae ha n doctor said due to keto and I lost 17 kg with out keto with the help of strength traing and low carb when I start keto after one month I feel pain in my kidney doctor suggest altrasound and diagnose stone in my kidneyes now I quit keto I'm sart weight gaining speedly tell me what I do

    Nd im vry skinny
