Yoo thanks for the ending recognition, a lot of people seem to not care for the endings for some reason but there're a lot of hidden gems. Also out of the anime you mentioned for Friday I'd say madoka magica Is the better option (12 ep/completed story and right up your alley)

I feel like it’s better than at least 20% of the songs here. I haven’t really heard them all in full so I can’t say much but Hana no Tou (Tower of flower/Lycoris Ed) is one of my favourite Eds of all time. I’m genuinely surprised it didn’t make it on. (Then again I remember some of my friends saying they didn’t like that style of music, but they’re not crazy about music so their opinion is debatable)

I am once again mentioning Dorohedoro just for the sake of saying it... keeping the name mentioned... that sort of thing. I love every song in Dorohedoro, and it's one of the strangest collection of elements I've seen in an anime, just generally speaking. in the most complimentary way possible. I love the world building in that show so much...
Mob Psycho 100 would be _SO_ cool to react to... you've done the OPs but not the EDs for that as well. tbh, that one is up there as one of my favorite anime.
I adore Fullmetal Alchemist, but since I found the books in middle school, I've been very heavily biased toward the manga version. it's so good that it kind of ruined me for any anime adaptation that's been released so far... which is a me problem, the anime is phenomenal, I'm just a very picky fan when it comes to this one work in particular... literally just because it's so important to me. I grew up with it... it's one of those stories that I think of like it's an old friend.
Made In Abyss would be a very cool watch... I appreciate the dedication to going in blind, so I really don't even want to say much more about it... it's just a really gorgeous anime. it'd be cool to get your reaction to at least the first OP, but if even that would be too much foreknowledge, then I'd say jump right in when a slot opens up!

My favorite one was definitely "Stuck on you", the ending of "More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers", which was the number 42 on this list. And the anime itself I really liked, I've been reading the manga for years and it's one of my favorite romances.
That song is one of my favs also, it's so soothing

The ending No.40 i really liked this one it was so goooood. I listened to it the whole 3 months that it was releasing and i still like it to this day
No.26 and No.12 I just love Summertime Render all 2 openings and the 2 endings it is just so gooood of a story or music
But i really tought we would see ''Raven of the Inner Palace - Krage'' cause this one is a masterpiece of an ending from last season

@@GOTGames If you ever will react to Prince of Tennis songs, I just wanna explain that it has several series with the beginning made in 2001 which has 8 OP and 8 ED. The one you saw from the compilation is from a recent series. Just start with the 2001 series cause if not, there'd be too many to react to lol.
My favourite endings of the past year were "Natsu no Yuki" from Raven of the Inner Palace, "First Death" from Chainsaw Man and "Endless Embrace" from Made in Abyss.

Summertime rendering, also was adapted completely.
Terror in resonance, 11 episode anime that is just cheff kiss.

My favorite ending of 2022? Probably Chainsaw man ending 3 or 9, maybe Made in Abyss ending 2 or Aot final season ending. Favourite ending of all time either Overlord ending 4 or FmaB ending 1. But there are some many good songs out there hard to decide.
That pause at #33 made me grin so hard. I love when youtubers/streamers do this. They have fun with the audience and make it feel just like we’re friends.

My personal favorite ending this year was between Chainsaw Man ED1/2 and the AOT ED.
(I forget if this year was Under the Tree or Akuma no Ko but they both go hard. Slight adv to Akuma no Ko though)
The 1st Ending from *Summertime Render* was easily my most favourite ending song of 2022! It's really Under-Appreciated tbh 🤌🏼
Summertime rendering ed1 number 12 or 11 was my favourite one. Next one was no.2 in the list...you know it
Check out the ED for Terror in Resonance. Was performed by Aimer and the music was done by one of the GOATs in anime music, Yoko Kanno. While you're at it, listen to its OP, and every single OST. They're are some of the greatest music you'll ever hear.
One ending you probably won't hear about much but is absolutely worth listening to is "Other Side" by Miyavi, from the anime Id: Invaded

It’s crazy how long Detective Conan has been around. One of the very few anime that has more episodes than ONE PIECE.
Since you mentioned endings to check out I’m still hoping one day you’ll consider reacting to Gegege no Kitaro (2018) Endings 1-8. The women of SCANDAL really do have a lot of fun rocking out in ending 8 “A.M.D.K.J”. They put their own private label on A.M.D.K.J allowing them creative freedom to just have a blast making this song and I could definitely tell. A.M.D.K.J isn’t the only song I like and other Gegege no Kitaro (2018) songs did make top 50 for people’s top endings of 2018 and 2019 lists such as ending 2 and quite a lot of lists have ending 5, but A.M.D.K.J is certainly the highlight of these endings with A.M.D.K.J making it to top 10 best endings of 2020 (a list of top 60 endings of 2020 from Party Rank), so please don’t count out this anime’s music.
And it's 70-80% filler
@@Brosky305 yeah most I know about Detective Conan is that it's about 20 episodes ahead of One Piece, and it's about a Detective that gets trapped in his childhood body. Real shame it's mostly filler thanks for the info, because I've been curious about the anime due that plotline but never took that plunge.
@@tyguzi1347 i recommend watching the first season of detective conan! It's so good😌 Like, the eps that i remember and thought were in later seasons all turned out to be in the first season. And the first couple movies are great as well, plus the Bride of Halloween as a good recent one.
Recent conan eps are very toned down in terms of the ...what do i call this... atmosphere? The tone of the anime was very good for mystery genre back when it started, then the tone slowly got a little brighter and brighter. Might be because now there're stricter criteria for child rated shows? Idk

Komi Can't Communicate is one of my favourite animes, the opening is such a great song, and the actual show is so wholesome and heartwarming. It's also funny, and I love the art style 😌
If you want a short one, The Promised Neverland seems up your alley, and while there is a second season, it's not even close to as good as the first (they wrap up the manga in one season and change things). That being said, the first season is one of the most AMAZING and shocking things I have EVER seen! :)
It's either nr 6 (the Made in Abyss endiing) that's my favorite of 2022 or the special AoT ending song Akuma no Ko. I actually recommended to react to the nr 6 of this list yesterday!
A nice Friday replacement could be Violet Evergarden, is only 12 episodes (+1 film, and a bunch of OVAs)

Yay! "Nomic" was on the list! When you said "say one you think everyone should hear" that song came to mind...and then moments later there it was LOL. It was a song and artist I recommended many videos back too. ACCAMER has a great voice and Nomic is one of my favorites by her.
My favorite opening from 2022 was #2 on the list, "Akuma no Ko". :D
There's a song called VAP by Maximum the Hormone, I just don't know where to view the official "audio only" version, because the UA-cam version has a bloopers part at the end

for the Friday slot i say go for Summer TIme Render, it's 25 episodes and that's it, the full story, no more seasons to come and it's GOD TIER

My favorite for 2022 was Stuck on You by Nowlu. There's something about her voice that's soothing, and not quite sultry, but I can't think of another word for it. She actually did two endings for that series, the other being Swallows. And I know she's got one for the current season called Linaria. I'm not totally sure, but I think she debuted in 2021 or 22, so she's quickly making an impression.
Favorite all time is Shunkan Sentimental, FMAB ending 4.
Anime opening recommendation: Rashisa by SUPER BEAVER. An opening song to Barakamon, a slice of life/wholesome anime with sprinkle of comedy, MC is a Japanese calligrapher. I watch this anime when i get burn out and want to motivate myself to be more productive.
The song actually got me to be a fan of the band.😊
A lot of people are already pointing out some of the standout ones from the list but I'm gonna take this chance to say you need SOME exposure to Gundam. The ED on the list is good, but I think you should have a vote for some of the REALLY good OPs and EDs. Personally I think you NEED to hear the OG 1970s OP, and then the OPs and EDs of some (or all) of the following: G Gundam, Gundam Wing, 00 Gundam, and a selection from the Gundam Unicorn OST.
Also the OP for the most recent series Witch of Mercury, but ONLY if you watch the special music video they made where they performed in front of the life size moving Gundam.
my favorite ending of this year and of all time is that first summertime rendering ending that played. Please please please check out the openings and endings of that show!! Also I highly recommend the show, it’s a thriller/murder mystery that is so engaging
And it's short compared to most of animes - 25 eps.
I think a lot of people don't even check the original video before criticizing the ranking, it's clearly said that that is his personal top and not an objective one.
In regards of suggestions for reactions I say would be nice if you did the openings and endings from "Komi can't communicate", the second ED was the number 4 on this top

Absolutely amazing band with an amazing singer, Cassie Wei. My number 1 recommendation from them would be String Theocracy, the opening of a game called Library of Ruina.
They also did the openings for Goblin Slayer *and a duet song called "In Hell we Live, Lament" with the vocalist of Myth&Roid* for the game Limbus Company.
Mili and Suara are 2 artists that I wish would appear in more animes

The openings and endings for “ Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans” are must watches
I'm sad there wasn't Yuusha, Yamemasu (I'm Quitting Heroing) 2nd ending. It's one of my fav of all time and full song is so accurate to the anime. And it's in full English so it's easy to understand for everyone

An ED that you have to check out has to be Kekkai Sensen's Season 1 ED "Sugar song to Bitter Step" and vice versa with the OP's

honestly alot of these songs are amazing the only issue i have with list/compilations like these is that there is almost no surprise who wins cause you can just name 2 or 3 of the "Big Hits" of the year and one of them will win. while i wont say the lower listed chainsawman songs were bad honestly there were quite a few other animes that got skipped over because this list just decided it needed soo many of its endings and i feel like it could have used a few less of them personally.
I'm still here to recommend the Symphogear series, the intros are amazing, and somewhat reminiscent of the Toaru ones you reacted to recently, especially Synchrogazer

Imo Rurouni Kenshin has the some of the best anime openings, endings and instrumental sountracks in the industry (very much recommended to check OPs and EDs for this show!)
My favorite ending of 2022 is "Find the truth" by Rainly from Detective Conan: Zero no Tea Time. It's really impressive when you know Rainly was only 13 when this song was create
Blessless and No Mans Dawn been criminally underrated. I listened to those two songs on multiple endless loops this year along with Chainsaw Blood and the Chainsaw Man ED 3.
I really love your videos and I can't wait for your reactions to the anime series, I wholeheartedly recommend the Bungou stray dogs series, which you have already partially responded to, but I am convinced that it is worth your attention to watch the whole series, or listen to its endings, I would also really like to know your opinion on the series, Mushi-shi, Samurai Champloo, Dororo and Heike monogatari, these are really beautiful works that I think you would appreciate in all aspects, I will look forward to your next videos, thank you and a lot of good luck!❤
"Shitsuren Song" from Summertime Render is such a beautiful song it makes me cry when I hear it. It's a shame that the anime is not as popular as some other people keep recommending you but it's one of the best fits for you. It's dark, emotional and beautiful with really good story, foreshadowing and to top this off it's a time loop story.
It's one of the best shows of this year that flew under the radar of many because it was region locked to Japan on Disney+

Urusei Yatsura you should watch on your own perhaps. Its honestly hilarious, but its actually a reboot of a 1980s manga and anime adaptation (that also had 4 movies at that time) that was incredibly popular back then. It was written by the woman who would go on to do Ranma 1/2 and Inyusha which you might have heard of once or twice. Basically a alien race comes to earth, chooses this boy to be the fighter against their kings daughter, and if he can catch her in a game of tag (she flies) they wont destroy the planet. What happens next... i aint gonna spoil it but its funny. The new version is incredibly vibrant and full of colors and life, lots of silly silly situations and even sillier characters. Everyones trying to pair themselves up with someone in this show, but it might not end the way they wanted it to..
Bleach TYBW Ending is really really awesome, you should check it out (not the one that was used in this video which was the ending for the first episode only)
"Stuck on You" by Nowlu is definitely one of my favorites of 2022 and it hurts to see it at 41 but I guess that's to be expected when a quarter of the list is chainsaw man.

Short anime series that can take over the Friday slot?
Dorohedoro you'd probably enjoy. Deep down it's a classist fight between magic users and non-magic users with overtop gratuitous violence. However the adaptation is incomplete with only 12 episodes like Chainsaw Man and there is no indication that more will be adapted.
Hinamatsuri is also only 12 episodes. A slice of life of a child with ESP powers blackmails a Yakuza gangster to adopt her, then crazy everyday antics ensue. It's also not fully adapted but due to the episodic nature of slice of life stories, it doesn't matter that it's not finished.
my favorite anime endings are from milet (prover , tell me, drown) and aimer (haru wa yuku, torches, ninelie, brave shine). both of them are mostly known for really emotional songs which really fit endings
Someone with the means to contact this guy, please, inform him of the UK exclusive opening themes to anime's from the 90's. I personally would love to see his reaction to the japanese and UK version of openings such as Cyber City OEDO 808, Dominion Tank Police and lets not forgot Legend of the Four Kings (that Japanese opening was wild).

Though, something I recommend is I found some of my favorite anime through watching anime opening quizzes.
I once again beg for a reaction to the openings, endings, and maybe osts for Clannad (and Clannad Afterstory), Rascal does not dream of bunny girl senpai, and plastic memories. They're all fairly short animes too, but they have amazing music
I think it's such a criminal offence that "de messiah" by Nao Touyama (ending 2 for I'm Quitting Heroing) isn't even on the list. I love the song so much.

@@rubixpotato1301 Tbf, I wouldn't say all of these, because I do think, for example, Akuma no Ko, deserves its spot, but to think that de messiah isn't even within top 50 is just sad :(

42: I like this one as well, it was my favorite rom-com of the year (excluding Kaguya-sama, obviously), underappreciated imo.
Anyway, concerning best endings, I honestly don't know, I tend not to care for endings too much so none really come to mind except for "Yofukashi no uta" from call of the night.
Favorite openings probably:
Rumbling, Deadman wonderland, when the weak go marching (idaten deities), voracity....can't choose a 5th atm, too many options.
other songs that really stayed with me are "brothers" from fullmetal alchemist, and "next to you" from parasyte, more than any other song I've ever heard that song just sounds like sadness incarnate to me. Whenever I hear it I just get these waves of sadness just wash over me for no ascertainable reason.
For the friday slot you should react to parasyte. It’s short but the story is very interesting and let’s you think about the human nature alot :)

My most played ed is probably Daisy by stero dive foundation, its the ending for Kyoukai no Kanata ( Beyond the horizon). Been in my favorite playlist for like 10 years , and also Houkiboshi & haruka kanta from Bleach ed 3 and ed 28

One Piece & Naruto are excluded because they are long-running and need their own dedicated watchthrough. Between these two, I can't decide which to watch first. I'm leaning Naruto, simply because it is shorter. One Piece really gets going around episode 20. Meanwhile Naruto's first major arc is one of the best of its entire series.
