I wanted to prove that even though people can be overweight, with the right mindset and the drive to succeed anything is possible. The swim was my demon as I suffer from agrophobia but I overcame the fear and smashed the swim. My goal now is to drop more weight and complete a sub 6hr on my next time round. With a strong will to push on no matter what demons/injurys people face we can all succeed and achieve our goals.

At age 62 I am trying to become a better runner and cyclist and starting to focus on nutrition, so this is a great video, although that breakfast would feed a family of 4 lol (I'm only 66kg at 5.8)
I was born in Crewe and my dad worked on the trains. They make Rolls Royce's and Bentley there too, my grandpa worked for Bentley for 30 years. Also my cousin works at Crewe Hall!
