We need more of this, I like to watch a player's development and their daily life as a academy player, know what it's like to play with the first team, what is like talking with Pep Guardiola and the first team's players and etc. I wish you could do more of this, or do a series of a academy player that has gone through all that process, since he was a kid to the moment they become a premiere league player. Just choose one young player, I don't know if that's possible, but it would be amazing to watch a players growth from a young age to a full fledge premiere league player.
Good attitude and work ethic, he's a talented youngster. I hope he continues to be one of our academy gems as he has the potential to break into the first team in a couple of years.
I always like to see young players succeed even if they don’t play for my team! Hope he gets his first team debut soon and goes up from there. Seems like a hardworking guy with a good personality.
Love that even with all the star players Man City signs in the transfer market, they still make great usage of their youth academy with players like Phil Foden. I wouldn't be surprised if they even got Cole Palmer back from Chelsea
This is the fact why man city successful Top level la masia graduates and players , Josep Guardiola, txiki begiristain. Earlier mikel arteta, then many previous assistant managers , made the total Citizens environment much much professional and also better than la masia in some aspects

People forget the work these kids put and what they risk with their decisions to become footballers. Of course the can go to uni later in life too and have another carreer if it doesn't work out but imagine to train all your life and have an injury or something. The mental toll it ll have on ya
