This small cohort of low class individuals is just a subset of the great black culture, but is what's promoted the most by that same systematic machine. That's a problem because any Black American person is automatically stereotyped as one of them. No other ethnicity of people has to deal with this madness. Add on top the self-inflicted wounds, and you get what you see today. Crazy.
