Every part of this app and its eco system is stunningly brilliant. The app, the website, the extensions right down to the way you position yourselves on UA-cam. It’s just genius, even Apple don’t do it better. This is why I love the Mac. What a team of individuals, must be great working for them.
The housekeeping reminder to update Raycast if you’re stuck at 1.69 or 1.70 will become a meme at this point 😅 I’m curious if you’ve kept track of how many times you’ve mentioned it. I appreciate the effort!

Excellent 🎊 as usual very helpful. Just one thing which is not mentioned for pro users. When paying, the system should warn us it is an international transaction. So that we can use the appropriate credit card. Otherwise we are charged fees.
Every time I see a video about the Raycast window manager, I’m tempted to make it my go-to. It looks so smooth and intuitive! But I can’t seem to break away from my trusty tiling window manager, Yabai. Any tips on making the switch easier?
Hey, thanks for the video! I love Raycast and use it daily. The new AI features are fantastic. However, I'm struggling with finding folders, specifically searching within folders or files with certain content. For instance, I want to locate a folder named "apple," then find all subfolders called "images" within "apple," and also search for any files named "jpeg" inside those images folders. I can't seem to get this to work, and the search isn't as effective as LaunchBar. Is there a way to achieve this in Raycast? What am I missing? Thanks!
Yeah I find this generally with all of the different models - I think Raycast's internal prompt for setting up the context pushes the models towards more of a Siri-like "here's what I found on the web" approach. It's also a lot more terse by default than 4o.

To search for files and folders, look for the Search Files command! Currently, we do not support exposing these results in the root search

Love raycast, however the answers I get from chatgpt 4o using my own key are much better than those I get in raycast ai chat. Why?
