Is there an idiots guide on APR stage 1 power options and risks? On a 2018 Euro spec non-PP 230hp stock, manual with 30k miles, no other performance mods (other than ECB brakes, PS5s) and want to put in a Holy Shift kit. Thanks in advance

I have a rabbit want to get my borla and 034 intake and tune for stage 1 what do I do for tuning?
We do not do custom files based on your bolt-on setup. Our Stage 1 file will accommodate your setup without an issue.
Does the map get sent to you from you guys plug in and download or do we map ourselves?
In simple terms, yes!
A "little" less HP? 252whp for a Stage 2? That's a considerable drop, never faster, not even close to 75% solution. You have EQT in your neck of the woods also - not just APR. You gents mention APR's "boost #'s" and what you don't mention are the METRICs used to obtain that data. Was someone utilizing just the stock intercooler and the IATs were unfavorable? Ed @EQT runs high boost as well if the conditions are favorable and NETs about a 10% increase over an APR Stage any tune. The 034 files are -10% below APR and -20% below EQT, but you speak of "driveability"? If by "driveability" your statements are meant to be "low torque", then you guys have it - but there are Low Torque files to be had already.
I am not knocking the many other products 034 has, just this tuning file jibberish.

I have the stage 2 tune in my Mk7.5 GTI and I love it I have zero complaints I did blow my turbo a month after but that was due to my own fault and a year later no problems no complaints and you can really feel the power from the GTI with the stage 2 from 034 Motorsport however I really want to put a bigger turbo into my gti are you guys making a tune for the mk7 that can run a golf r turbo ??
An IS38 tune is something that we are working on for the Mk7 GTI!
