100% agree with you, and with Hamza on 22:17, a couple of weeks ago we both shared the most beautiful and genuine interacion, also very wild, and seeing her face expressions and reactions was gold, she was submissive without hesitation, everything naturally happened, and the conclusion was both smiles shared and a happy eye to eye contact for a long period of time, when you find someone that became part of you is when you understand how meaningful and necessary it is to be stoic.

as a boy that has been mainly raised by my mom hamza is 100% right,
luckily my dad was the one that taught me how to ride my bike and i kept falling off and got lots of scratches on my knees but he said its alright and helped me even tho i felt like giving up
and after a while of all that i eventually did it
and i also remember one time me and my father was racing with our bikes in a park, its a pretty big park so it was fine and i went so fast i still remember this moment like it was yesterday but i was going so fast and theres a turn coming up so i turned but i was to fast and turned too fast which made me fall into the bush and got a kinda big cut on my ankle it was about 2 inch cut and i was so scared but he still said it was fine and in the end it was and when we came home my mom freaked out but still,

You gotta develop hate against videogames, imagine yourself playing in third person, how it sucks up all your energy for nothing, you get nothing from videogames, all those feelings of achievement and progress ot gives you, all false, feelings you should feel in real life for real life achievements but how, if you are giving that energy to games and not real work, business building, learning and training.

I used to be very skinny (140lbs at 6'2") in high school, what helped me gain weight was drinking a high calorie shake first thing in the morning. Within an hour of waking up I've already put down 1000 calories and over 60g of protein. Because it's liquid it's easy to consume once your stomach gets used to it (It took me about a week to not gag trying to drink the last of it), and you'll get hungry faster than if you had eaten solid food. I can make it + drink it within 15-20 minutes which is great for saving time in the morning. I put on 40lbs in about 6 months and have been hovering between 180-190lbs at 6'3" since. Can't recommend it enough.

After my dad came over walking to me laughing at me and telling me to get up and try again and i remember being really pissed at him for not caring that I just got hurt badly, but now as I am older I realize how much of a difference being a father is a i thank my dad so much for what he has done even tho he isn’t really always in my life.

about the "genetics" thing on the "sign 2" part of the video
actually makes me more pumped up, since during my whole life i was the weakest of every damn group i was in.
so, even if what i can do is the same as a normal dude i know i built that strenght from the ground up, and that if i wanna to become truly exceptional i can keep the grind that i'm so familiar with.
comparing usually is the thief of joy, but if you look at all the progress you've done it usually comes with a bagage of knowledge about yourself, and i like knowing about myself before trying to do crazy stuff xD
of course, it would take less time and it would make less frustrating moments, but it also makes the victory that much sweeter.

I don't know my t-levels 6 years ago when I was 16/17 but they had to be around 1.000 . I literally struggled to concentrate during class several times a day because I go horny thinking of my girlfriend of this time. Had some rough years and at one point I wondered why I tend to be more lethargic/undrive. There is some mental-stuff involved, which is getting better day by day, but every ng/dl of test I gain makes it better. I've got around 750 ng/dl right now and also aiming at 1k+.
I am doing what Hamza was talking in the end myself and it works. The high sex-drive and enjoying competition are two of the best symptoms of healthy testosterone levels. Stay with it boys
