I'm short at 7'1, my two best friends Shaq and Yao Ming always make fun of me. I was looking into buying elevator shoes so I could finally be as tall as them.
A person who knows about shoes can definitely tell it's more of a boot than a shoe, the back comes up higher and if you bend the ankle you can tell. Also from the side it looks unusual, I think that can be expected from footwear products that offer more than 2 inches. Looks like an amazing product though nevertheless.

You are 6'4.5", correct? Aren't you already getting a lot of people's respect and perhaps attention from girls by being the way you are? Or are you from the Netherlands or other region where tall people are a majority/common occurrence? I'm personally 6'1" and I wonder if people, especially girls, are going to perceive me differently (in a better way) at 6'4" when wearing these elevator shoes.

According to numerous studies/proofs on the internet, the height of 6'4" is already ought to make you conspicuous in a good way: people treat you more seriously, with respect; and you attract girls/women. I guess you tested out those shoes for curiosity reasons. Nonetheless, at 6'4" do you feel tall, or are there a lot of people (mainly guys/men) taller than you in the country/region/city you live in?
Incorrect. You are not gaining 3 inches of height because that is just measured on the heel bit. Your feet pivot downwards so its not 3 inches, more like 2. This means over the average normal shoe you've gained only extra inch of height. So if you're 5 feet 10 barefoot, you will be 6 feet max in those height shoes, not 6 feet 1. Of course every inch helps. Take it from a height veteran :)
I'm insecure, fix height with leg surgery. Now I have problem with the stick not long enough. Need surgery to make the stick long. Now my nose are not White enough. Fixed the nose.
dude, these look terrible, way too pointy, this is not a classical look. They also look like they're not going to lace like they're supposed to, that there'll be the dreaded space between left and right side, which ruins any formal shoe.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's tricky to make a shoe that offers more than 2"+ without looking a little different from your conventional shoe

plus the ones that i got were extremely uncomfortable and my feet would have marks on them

Isnt the math wrong?
With regular shoe you are 5’10 (adds 1 inch).
Elevate shoes adds 3 inches so you height on the right side is 6’ not 6’1
