    Miles is a great athlete! Will definitely pay more attention to fencing now that I better understand the skill and strategy involved

    there's literally no reason to add a weight on top of your back to do an ab wheel. it takes away from the flexion that's required to be maintained during the movement

      It works great being in Judo since the age of 8 using weights like that helps make your grip stronger
