What makes me laugh endlessly is how he has soo much confidence yet so small.. his face says i know um short but um reaching..help me out.. So funny.. That is a gift!! no one is exempt.. No exceptions!! Dude is a one man show.. Now thats an artist..
As someone who broke several vertebrae at age 18 (just slipped, fell on a concrete floor and landed badly). It is a sobering moment when the neurologist tells you that if you heal, you should be fine over time but if you have any issues with the spine and doesn't heal right, you could be paralyzed. It was a very long recovery and the pain was horrific sometimes. The doctor said staying in shape is the best thing I can do for my back. Don't overdo it, don't get extreme just normal workout and cardio.
He’s small in size! But he’s immensely huge in mind! Super strong in mind! I wouldn’t be able to do what he did! Inspirational.

Yea, he lost a lot of his muscle mass and physique, understandably.
JaZe PooL not entirely true but you right in some aspects. Muscle memory is mechanical. It’s more more a motor function. Using a ball player as an example, it’s the idea of shooting free throws repetitiously until your body natural know how/when to bend the elbow and when/how to flick your wrist. Nonetheless, he will bounce back in a 6-12 months
JaZe PooL so your saying if i workout and i reach a certain point where i’m done, i can give up a couple of months and come back even stronger?
@JaZe PooL How quick can they gain it back? Say they lost 20 lbs, how fast can they gain it going on a strict 3 or 4/day a week routine?
@@whip_pan completely depends on you're experience and height really. If he was extremely strict, trained and ate like a bodybuilder consistently it would still take him a long time, over a year maybe two. Keep in mind he's extremely small and 20lbs of muscle is a lot for that frame, he didn't lose 20lbs of muscle.

One of the biggest lies ever told to me is that Chinese people are short. I was so excited to move there and be a giant and literally all of my students are taller than me. I’m 5’7 and I’m highly upset.
