onevato this is suuuuuper late but could you tell us about how you got the tickets, what it was like, did mtv have any rules or make yall dress a certain way or anything?
@@killerhedgehog69 I was suppose to see them tonite in LA but because of the corona virus the gig has been postponed until May... anyways regarding your questions back in Feb 2002 my cousin & I spent the frigid night outside the Virgin megastore on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood (that has since closed down) just to score these tickets... I remember we were 2nd in line the next morning and we were allowed 2 tickets each. I also remember that somebody we met in line gave us one extra ticket for free! I ended up taking my brother who was 18 at the time, I was 26. Needless to say we knew we were witnessing something great. Looking back at it now I consider it their signature performance but I might be a bit biased. The only rules they gave us is that we couldn't get up or stand up which was ok. Towards the end they let us get up on stage with the band as they rocked on. A couple of days ago I found some behind the scenes footage of that day that somebody uploaded last december (2019) Find them on UA-cam and check them out! It's still pretty amazing! Props to the vision that the producers of that gig had at the time. I'm just surprised that the whole thing never came out as a DVD or Blu Ray. They should at least stream it as a Rockumentary on Netflix or something. I mean Hello?
same but also, this song was always on when certain events was happening in my life. it seemed that it was always with me when i'm sad or happy. possibly my fav song
they always say a story tht cheers u up...like a lifes to short message...articulate..raw..witty..an sing concepts with all the right reasons! modern day role models......room on fire

"Gettin' sloppy here!"
Totally agree with you man, every song on that album is perfect. Album of the 21st century if you ask me :)

That shot of Nick at 3:20 is so badass, I love it!
15 years ago. Omg...
I think it's in G major, just because it starts with G. Although, both are theorically correct, since E minor is the minor relative for G Major.
they always say a story tht cheers u up...like a lifes to short message...articulate..raw..witty..an sing concepts with all the right reasons!
modern day role models......room on fire

Y es así, como debe sonar una maldita banda de rock! Esto es rock and roll, en su máxima expresión. En uno de los discos poco sobrevalorados.
garage rock revival is a sub-genre but its still indie
