Nice variations on different kinds of plyometric exercises to help with sprint form, turnover speed, reduce foot and ground contact time, etc. I already knew so many plyometrics for stuff like that, but this expanded my knowledge even further. Definitely going to be utilizing them before doing my HIIT cardio 👍

How would you structure a workout using these exercises? Sets, rep schemes, rest, etc? Would you say pick a handful of them to just drill without too much fatigue or would you run a circuit of say 10 of them with reps to failure?

Great questions and it depends on what we were working on. I typically do an exercises once or twice per workout and do more variety of exercises as opposed to 3+ sets which we typically see in traditional programming.
With that said, you can definitely get more specific into a few of the exercises that you may want to use to help correct something specific within your sprinting technique. If that was the case though I would do the drill, then sprint, then repeat that to train my brain the correct action paired with when it should be implemented.
