    I love your video only question is, are the stair jumps effective when dealing with a newer athlete , or an offensive linemen - from north Texas sports performance , love this video very educational

    Amazing content. And, free. Thanks for sharing. Where do you pick up your single foot slant boards?

    • @GarageStrength
      @GarageStrength  3 роки тому

      ours are made in-house.There's a possibility that we could sell them online!

      Thanks. They look great. Planning to build my own big slant board for Knees over Toes workouts, but I like the flexibility and portability of the single-leg ones which you have. By the way, judging from the amount of content you generate, your work ethic is out of this world.

    Question, how much merit does the statement "you can someone faster but you cant make them fast" has. Do you think running speed is largely decided by genetics? If not, would you mind giving me an example of an athlete who started out being slow but became fast through trainning? Love your vids btw!!!

      Really depends on what you're looking to do. I actually have a video that goes into a lot of information on the vegan diet 👉 ua-cam.com/video/m7gyMACoVVU/v-deo.html

    LOL when you say you;re @ getting old... at 37. I've got 18 years on you, and I still do plyo drills, about what you show, (though I'm gonna add Russian lunges). As well as some agility ladder drills. Why? Because they're fun.
